Alpine chalet (access in summer via a 250m gravel path suitable for vehicles with an adapted car - in winter, access on foot or on snowshoes). Ground floor: veranda entrance hall, living room-kitchen area, WiFi connection, Bluetooth speaker, bathroom with WC (walk-in shower). Upstairs: 1 bedroom on the mezzanine (1 double bed 140 x 190 cm) and a bedroom with a height of less than 1.80 m (2 single beds 80 x 190 cm). Electric shoe dryer. Sheets and household linen included. Beds made on arrival. Grass terrace. Large plot with garden furniture and barbecue. Superb panoramic view! Alpine chalet from 1748 located in the heart of nature 3.5 km from the ski slopes of Flumet/Espace Diamant. Very sunny southwest side. Magnificent renovation carried out by the owner, in a contemporary mountain style. Lots of originality and character, bay windows in the bathroom and the bedroom upstairs giving an impression of total harmony with nature. Subtle mix of old and new. Resourcing guaranteed! An exceptional address for an alpine chalet opposite Mont-Blanc! Ideal for nature lovers and contemplatives, life-size holidays in the cozy comfort of a mountain chalet!
