Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (3 single beds including 2 bunk beds / 1 double bed), a shower room (shower with WC). In the basement, a laundry room with washing machine and freezer. If renting sheets, the beds are made on arrival. Terrace with garden. Free intervillage shuttle during winter (ski lift 300 m). Private parking for 2 cars. Superb detached house located 200 m from a green run to reach a ski lift linking the Pralognan area on skis. Quiet residential area, 800 m from shops and services. Good south orientation with a view of the mountains. Mountain cachet with a very neat decoration. Beautiful terrace with garden equipped with garden furniture. Charming detached house located 200 m from the ski slope linking the ski lift. Privileged location on the edge of the resort center, in the heart of the Vanoise National Park. Many hikes to glaciers and mountain lakes. Pralognan, an authentic village resort, cradle of mountaineering and pioneer of mountain sports!
