Bathroom (bathtub) and separate WC. Shared washing machine and dryer. 2 balconies. Small shared grounds. 20% discount on ski equipment rental by the owners. Apartment 100m from the ski and cross-country slopes. Residential area on the southern hillside, near the center of the village resort (shops and services). Good comfort. Warm mountain character. Southeast facing balconies. Small shared ground with games in summer (ping-pong table). Superb very clear view on the village and the massif. Possibility of delivery of bread and pastries in the morning. 100m from the slopes of St Sorlin d'Arves/Les Sybelles ski area (the largest ski area in Maurienne with 310 km of slopes). Traditional village resort located at the foot of the Col de la Croix de Fer and in the heart of Arvan-Villard, a massif characterized by the 3 majestic Aiguilles d'Arves towering at 3514m and the Etendard glacier at 3464m. Multitude of sports, outdoor, aerial activities, magnificent hikes, summer and winter in all the reference resorts: St Sorlin d'Arves, Corbier, La Toussuire, Albiez... Important religious heritage with the famous Chemin du Baroque. Privileged location between Savoie and Isère, for hikers and cyclists, with the Glandon and Croix de Fer passes, on the prestigious Route des Grandes Alpes.
