Separate WC. 2nd floor: 2 bedrooms (1 double bed / 1 double bed) and bathroom (shower and WC). Furnished balcony terrace and flat land. Ski locker and bicycle storage. Sheets included and bathroom linen included. Washing machine below the gîte. Apartment in a renovated traditional house 6 km from the slopes of the vast Paradiski area. In the heart of a typical hamlet, in a quiet residential area, near the Paradiski and 3 Vallées ski areas. Typical mountain character. Very warm. Good comfort. Large landscaped lot. Nice view of the surrounding peaks. 3 km from Bozel and shops. Cozy cottage with excellent comfort in the heart of a typical hamlet 6 km from the slopes of the vast Paradiski ski area by Champagny-en-Vanoise (one of the largest ski areas in the world with 430km of slopes) at the gates of the Natural Park of Vanoise. 12 km from the family resort of Pralognan-la-Vanoise and its superb Nordic cross-country skiing site. Very close to the 3 Valleys, the largest ski area in the world with 600km of slopes (gondola link to Méribel via Brides-les-Bains at 10 km and access to Courchevel via Le Praz at 20 km). 12 km from the superb Nordic cross-country skiing site in the countryside of Champagny-le-Haut in the heart of a listed site. Spa town of Brides-les-Bains 10 km away. Ideally located to shine in all seasons by skiing, hiking or cycling on different massifs, territories and ski areas. Many sporting and recreational activities nearby.
