Avis mitigé

Très belle propriété avec un superbe panorama sur la campagne Toscane, avec une grande piscine. Le magasin alimentaire le plus proche est à 25 minutes. Quelques bémols, pourtant: Le liner de la piscine est vert, même si celle ci est propre. Le jacuzzi mériterait d'être nettoyé plus souvent. Vaisselle insuffisante, absence de terrasses dans le logement. Équipement rudimentaire: 5 pinces à linge pour l'ensemble de l'agritourisme, ventilateur sale et cassé, absence d'etendoir dans le logement, de serpillière, de torchons, linge de bain et draps non changés pendant 15 jours. Logement sale à notre arrivée : vaisselle sale, ventilateur sale et cassé, sol noir de crasse. Buanderie très sale, avec vieilles culotte derrière la machine. Accueille très froid de la personne, à notre arrivée. Dommage pour cet agritourisme qui a pourtant tout pour passer de belles vacances. Loin des agrtourismes que nous faisons depuis plusieurs années dans la région !

Traumhafte Lage, schönes Haus mit Geschichte, Toskana pur!

Das Haus liegt etwas versteckt am Ende des ca. 2,5 km langen Feldwegs. Dort angekommen, wurden wir durch die Verwalter Maria Paola und Luigi herzlich in Empfang genommen. Die Wohnung ist riesig und traditionell eingerichtet, die Ausstattung ist allerdings stellenweise schon in die Jahre gekommen. Die Außenanlage ist schön angelegt, der Pool groß und die Aussicht auf Radicondoli einfach sensationell. Die angelegte Holzterrasse rund um den Whirlpool und Loungeecke sollte erneuert werden, da die Holzdielen schon sehr gelitten haben. Die typische Touristenmagnete wie Volterra, San Gimignano, Siena usw. sind nicht weit entfernt, eine Besichtigungstour lohnt sich auf jeden Fall. Wir würden das Haus wieder buchen, in der Hoffnung, dass der kleine Renovierungsstau bis dahin aufgeholt wurde.
