Cedar Blossom Bungalow - Pet friendly getaway with a 5 min walk to downtown

Cedar Blossom Bungalow is a newly renovated, pet friendly short-term rental located just a 5-minute walk from the iconic Bathhouse Row in Hot Springs, AR. This inviting space features modern amenities and stylish decor, perfect for relaxation after a day of exploring. Adventure seekers will appreciate being only 0.7 miles from the Northwoods mountain biking trailhead, offering access to world class trails.

“Cedar Blossom” presents the most unique layout of the four newly-renovated private living spaces on the Cedar Street Bungalows property. Your private entrance is through the side of this lovely historic home built in 1900. At 600 square feet, this bungalow is an open concept, somewhat linear and rather funky, with no door between the living room and bedroom. The en-suite bathroom is relatively “tiny” yet lovely and surprisingly functional. The kitchen is towards the back, with a small eat-in dining table, with a back door leading to the porch area with gas grill, lounge/dining area, Laundry Room, and Mountain Bike Barn.

Features a living room, bedroom with king size bed, kitchen, and bathroom. It is the “side” apartment of the main house which is a separate bungalow rental called “Big Cedar.” While the two bungalows share the same structure, they are separated by a wall with no interior access between them. The property’s other two bungalow rentals are next door in a duplex.

Kitchen: Well equipped with refrigerator, range, dishwasher, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, toaster, and fully stocked with cookware, dishware, cups, glasses, and utensils. All linens and towels provided.

Sleeping: One king bed.

General: High-speed Wi-Fi, flat-screen Roku TV with Sling TV in the living room, can stream own Netflix/Amazon, and exterior security cameras. The bungalow is heated/cooled by two brand new mini-split units with temperatures controlled by the guests. On-demand gas water heater so you never run out of hot water.

Parking: There is free off-street parking in the driveway very close to your door. This parking is shared with the two bungalow rentals in the duplex next door. And free parking on the street in front.

Special Amenities: Codes are provided for the Mountain Bike Barn for bike storage, and to the Laundry Room with two washing machines and two dryers. Please message us on the portal if either of these amenities will be accessed. There is also a gas grill and lounge/dining area on site. (Note: the Bike Barn was recently created by demand. It’s functional but still a work in progress as we fix it up!)

Designed to sleep one or two adult guests comfortably (limit 3 guests total).

We don't live at the property but are always available if needed.

We do expect guests to pick up pet waste and we provide bags for you convenience. If housekeeping has to do it there will be an additional $25 fee. Thank you for understanding.
