Recent house of 160 m2 with a garden and a large wooden terrace to enjoy beautiful days on the deckchairs in the sun or sheltered under the trees of the field in the large blue hammock. Ball games, badminton possible on the 1000 m² field.

You can have lunch and dinner under the sheltered part of the terrace and enjoy aperitifs at sunset on the outdoor lounge.

The living room open to the kitchen with a large high table can accommodate 10 people and allows you to enjoy the fireplace and table football.

The house is very well equipped (full kitchen, many dishes, kitchen utensils and small equipment, reserve for provisions, tea towels and tablecloths provided).

On the night side, two beautiful master suites on the ground floor equipped with a 160 cm bed, walk-in shower and sinks/mirror each.
These two suites have direct access to the outside (one to the large terrace).
The toilet on the ground floor is independent.

Upstairs:
- for a large room for 4 children (3 bunk beds and a sofa bed)
- a small single room for a couple or two children (140 cm bed) equipped with a small TV.

Bathroom upstairs independent with two sinks and a bathtub with shower screen.

Plenty of storage space to store your belongings in the bedrooms (places are available in the dressing rooms or wardrobes in each bedroom and in the laundry room. The bathrooms also have storage drawers for your belongings.
Separate toilet also upstairs.

The laundry room is equipped with washing machine / dryer. Indoor and outdoor hanging possible.

Several parking spaces on the street along the perimeter wall of the house. One parking space within the grounds of the land.

The Hermitage beach is the nearest (900 metres, bicycle access and parking spaces).

Surf school at the harbour master's office (allée André).

Equestrian centre (Les Ecuries de St Brévin) 700 metres away (weekly or single lessons, group or individual, walk on the beach and in the forest).

Nearest water activities to the centres of Tharon or St Brévin l'océan (catamaran, sand yacht, paddle...).
Connection with independent teachers if necessary (example Wing Foyle / Kite surfing).
We put you in touch with fishing rental companies for a day to live to the rhythm of the tide.

Lake of Saint Viaud for teenagers who want to let off steam on inflatable structures on the water or go skiing / towed wake (TSN 44 club) 20 minutes away.

Walk along the coast along the alleys both to St brévin l'océan and to Tharon, via La Rousselerie.

Incredible ice creams from La Fraiseraie of which you will find shops in ST Brévin, Tharon and of course Pornic in particular. The shop of the Biscuiterie de Saint Michel Chef Chef also contains many delicacies!

The entire coast can be done by car, by bike (many cycle paths and access protected from traffic), on foot (coastal path), and offers views of Noirmoutier from the Pointe Saint Gildas and its semaphore.
Many wild beaches along these trails and beach bars / restaurants of which I will share with you the good addresses!

For a quieter day, the Faïencerie de Pornic welcomes you to make your own creations (bowl, plates...). Ideal souvenir and perfect activity for young and old. A visit to the city of Nantes also offers many possibilities. A day at the Puy du Fou is also possible, as is the Planète Sauvage site. The tourist office of St Brévin l'Océan will share other seasonal activities with you.
