This was our first trip to Fort Morgan, and it exceeded our expectations! The Resort can host a large amount of people but never felt crowded. The owners were very responsive to messages. Perfect getaway! 10/10

Very nice stay, just what we were looking for! The rooms showed some signs of wear, but it just proved how well loved this place is.The dryer did not work, so we were unable to do laundry, which was inconvenient with little ones. Everyone was so friendly, and the atmosphere was great! This unit was the perfect size for our small family. On Friday, the fireworks show was spectacular!

Wonderful

We enjoyed our week’s stay at the property. The kitchen was well stocked for our needs. The beds were comfortable expect the coach bed but that is expected. The best touch was the beach toys and wagon available for use. We would definitely stay here again.

Our new favorite condo.

We overall enjoyed our stay in this unit. The grounds of this condominium are beautiful and peaceful. Our unit was very comfortable for us, we had 4 adults and a toddler. We had a few issues throughout the week but the owner was very quick to get everything resolved.
