Our Toy Story Mania inspired condo is located in the desirable gated community of Windsor Hills. Our community, popular for its relaxing pool, hot tub, splash pad and water park (all included in your stay at no additional charge - splash pad and water park will be closed January 5, 2025 to February 14, 2025), is also minutes from the gates of Walt Disney World and a short drive to the Universal theme parks.

Whether you want a relaxing vacation by the fantastic pool or close access to Central Florida's most popular attractions, our Windsor Hills condo is your home away from home.

Our immersive Toy Story Mania themed kids room will thrill the young and old alike! Complete with family arcade style fun, the Skee-Ball, Pac-man and Millipede arcade games will provide hours of laughs and enjoyment. Be sure to take a picture with the theme wall to share with all of your friends!

Minnie and Mickey accents throughout the condo tastefully add to the décor of this close to Walt Disney World location.

Always just a phone call away, we are here for you, should you need anything during you stay. I have a property manager and family close by, should you need assistance above and beyond a phone call!

This five star resort community is a fantastic location a mere 2 miles from the gates of Walt Disney World, with close proximity to golfing, outlets, and Central Florida's most popular theme parks and attractions. Walmart is just minutes away for all of you essentials. Disney's fireworks can even be seen from the community!

We provide soap, shampoo, conditioner, toilet tissue, and garbage bags to start your stay (but you'll need to bring or pick up extras for longer stays).

If you're not planning on renting a car, making use of Uber or Lyft is super easy in this area. With close proximity to the parks, the ride-share pricing is quite reasonable. When using Uber or Lyft, make sure to text the address to the driver so that they can gain access through the gates.

Amazing place

This was my 1st time using Verbo and Phyllis helped to make it so easy. The condo was clean, comfortable and well taken care of . The clubhouse is beautiful and family friendly and on rainy days or in the evenings our son loved all the games in his room, we all enjoyed the games. Highly recommend staying here

Property was very nice, of course with any vacation destination sometimes a little noisy as people came and went. All staff was very friendly and everything was close to the property. The condo was very nice and supplied nicely. Great correspondence with the owner/manager? Very nice would definitely stay there again. No issues at all with the time we spent there!

What makes this property unique

Unique for a condo, we have games for the whole family to enjoy. Skee-Ball, arcade games, corn hole, GIANT Connect Four. This quiet corner unit condo is located close to the amenities of the community, while being far enough away not to be in the middle of the noise of the pool area. We feel it's ideally located within the community. Our community pool, water park and splash pad are a great way to spend the down days between park hopping.
