About this property

Disney World 2 Miles! Family condo

Our large 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms condo is located on the first floor in building one at Windsor Hills Resort.

With over 1100 square feet of living space you will feel all the comforts of home, we offer everything you need for your perfect vacation.

The master bedroom has a king size bed. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a twin bed. All of the bedrooms in our condo have ceiling fans and TVs.

There is a screened in lanai where you can sit or walk out and enjoy the fresh air. The dining area comfortably accommodates 6 guests. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need to prepare a light snack or a gourmet meal. All dishes, pans, utensils are there for your use. Of course there is a coffee maker (regular and Keurig), toaster, blender, microwave, stove, refrigerator, and dishwasher.

Pack light because there is also a full size washer and dryer in our condo.

The great room has two large sofas, ideal for watching TV, reading a book or just relaxing. There is a 40-inch SMART TV, with a DVD player. Plus, Free secure wireless internet and Free local and long distance calling.

This was absolutely the best vacation place we have ever stayed at. Everything was just absolutely wonderful from the accommodations which were very clean and comfortable to the amenities such as the amazing Pool, Water slide crafts for Kids and the Food Service Our Host was super easy to communicate with and very responsive. The host was available when needed.The condo was ok. It had what we needed. The areas that need attention. The beds aren’t comfortable. King is saggy on one side the queen too hard. Slider needs work and a number of slats are missing from the blinds.Patio is tiny, on the shady side and faces a wall.

The air was off when we got there and the place was very damp and musty. You cannot change the temperature settings on the air it is set at 72 with no options to change it. Our biggest problem was the sliding door lock is damaged and will not lock. I called the owner at 10 pm when we got there to see if there was a “trick “ to locking it and owner never responded. I discovered that the broom handle without the brush on was a perfect fit for the door slide so we felt secure. The townhouse was well stocked and checkout was a dream but they need a dehumidifier to fight the musty smell and the door fixed

This condo was dirty, the carpet is disgustingly filthy, has mold around the baseboards in the bedrooms, the condo smelled like mildew right when you open the door. . I took pictures of everything and sent to host and was told that nothing she could do about it and would tell the cleaning people did next time. I live in Florida and this condo needs attention. The pictures and description are very inaccurate.

The resort was outstanding. The condo unit itself was a bit of a disappointment. When we arrived, the AC wasn’t working, the condo smelled very damp, like a basement. The host reassured us it would kick on, 2 hours later I had to demand a maintenance call. While the maintenance man was there, we discovered the ground level patio slider didn’t lock at all. The maintenance man rigged the door but warned us to not open it as it would likely break again. Upon reading the guest book, visitors have been complaining that the back slider didn’t lock since 2024. It’s hard for me to believe they haven’t actually long term fixed the back slider on the first floor for two years… also, half of the vertical blind slats on the slider were missing, any hour of the day anyone can see into the living area as there was only a sheer white curtain panels on the slider. Good things to note: kitchen was well stocked with dishes & utensils. The bedding and towels were nice and clean. TV’s w / YouTube live TV in each room. The location of the condo was great, a very short walk to the pools and the basketball and pickleball courts were right behind us… In conclusion, I understand AC units break, I’m glad that issue was resolved but the lack of a secure, functional sliding door mixed with the fact that there was zero privacy in the main living area was the biggest disappointment. We will definitely visit the resort again, we will just stay in a different unit.

I have a daughter that uses a wheelchair so booking places is usually difficult. The condo was very accessible as we had space to move her around inside. The splash pad/pool area was very accommodating. The staff let us take her manual chair on the splash pad without a problem. Also the pool has a walkin area and we literally wheeled her in wheelchair and all. After making our reservation, we decided that we wanted to add an extra day. I messaged Rose and she was great with adding the day to our reservations.

Close to everything

My favorite part of the stay was the "trash fairy" that comes to get your trash! What a great service. The condo was well stocked with everything we needed for our week long stay. It was located close to Universal and the Convention center which was were we spent most of our time. We enjoyed the arcade room and pool! Thanks for a wonderful stay.
