Case Sparse San Savino

Not far from San Feliciano (2 km) awaits you this friendly vacation home in a hilly location with lake view. Hidden among Mediterranean vegetation, you enter the kitchen-living room through the covered terrace, two bedrooms with bathroom adjoin. The furnishings are simple and functional. The cottage is a dependence of a villa, which is occupied by the owners during the summer months. Guests have a private terrace and garden area (sep. driveway) where you can sunbathe among olive trees and enjoy the sunset over the lake. In nearby San Feliciano you can promenade along the shore, eat fish or take the ferry to the small romantic islands of the lake. Everywhere along the lake there are smaller or larger bathing bays, also with sandy beaches. The two larger towns of the lake Castiglione del Lago and Passignano invite with various restaurants, bars and stores to stroll. Also within easy reach, in less than an hour's drive, are the nearby Umbrian and Tuscan towns of Perugia (20 km), Cortona (30 km), Arezzo (60 km), Montepulciano (30 km) , Pienza (40 km) and many more.

Gute Ausstattung und Blick auf Lago di Trasimeno

Das Apartment hat einen traumhaften Blick auf den Lago di Trasimeno und ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Ausstattung beinhaltet z.B. einen großen Kühlschrank, Herd mit Backofen und Fernseher in der Wohnküche und eine Waschmaschine im Bad. Die Lage ist ideal, um die umliegenden Sehenswürdigkeiten zu besichtigen. Das Auto kann direkt vor dem Haus abgestellt werden.
