Salt water swimming pool (30m2) on the terrace which can be heated out of season (PAC).

The house is accessible by car.
Air conditioning / Heating in all rooms.
Beach access 2 minutes walk.
On the beach, a restaurant and, during the summer season, a paddle and pedal boat rental.
The cove of Tizzano has a marina (300m from the house) with a boat rental service by the week or by the day and a diving club,
2 hotels, 3 restaurants and 2 supermarkets during the season.
An equestrian centre affiliated with the FFE is located on the road between Tizzano and Sartène, less than 10 minutes by car from the house, open all year round.
Many hikes possible: Senetosa lighthouse, Uomu di Cagna, Bavella swimming pools, archaeological sites: Alo Bisuje 15 minutes away, Cauria, Filitosa, Cucuruzzu...
The region is renowned for its wines from the Ortolo Valley: Domaine de Saparale, Castelu di Barricci, San Micheli with cellar visits possible.
