Bienvenue dans notre duplex de qualité.
A 7 minutes en voiture de la plage et 5 minutes à pied de toutes commodités (quartier du dernier sou de Boulogne) vous y trouverez : supérette, boulangerie, pharmacie, presse, banque...
A deux pas de la résidence, les remparts de la veille ville avec ses restaurants, bars, terrasses, ainsi que sa cathédrale vous permettront de passer d'agréables moments. Tout se fait à pied, vous êtes bel et bien en vacances.
A travers sa baie vitrée "cathédrale" et le balcon aménagé équipé d un Barbecue à gaz, notre duplex au deuxième et dernier étage donne sur une vue imprenable du boulonnais et son bord de mer.
Le salon et salle manger, Sud/Sud Ouest avec sa hauteur de plafond de plus de 6 mètres assure une luminosité et un ensoleillement toute la journée. Vous pourrez également profiter du deuxième balcon situé dans la chambre du bas.
Vous y trouverez une cuisine bien équipée, un hall d 'entrée spacieux, un salon soigné et pensé pour y partager d'agréables moments.
Les chambres sont équipées de matelas confortables à mémoire de forme.

La résidence est très calme et sécurisée, avec une barrière télécommandée et une place de parking privée.

C' est avec plaisir, que nous vous recevrons dans notre appartement qui est aussi, notre cocon on l' on s'y ressource très régulièrement.

Geschmackvoll eingerichtet und gut gelegen

Wir wurden bei der Ankunft vom Eigentümer freundlich begrüßt. Er machte mit uns einen Rundgang und erklärte uns alle technischen Dinge. Die Wohnung ist top eingerichtet und entspricht wirklich der Beschreibung, nur der Grill war derzeit nicht verfügbar. Die Gegend ist ruhig aber dennoch zentral gelegen. Zur Altstadt und kleineren Geschäften gelangt man in wenigen Gehminuten. Wir konnten interessante Ausflüge in der Umgebung machen und unseren Urlaub genießen. Können diese Wohnung auf jeden Fall empfehlen. Vielen Dank an Pascal und Frankie!

Schöner Aufenthalt

Wir haben zu viert einige schöne Tage in St. Martin de Boulogne verbracht, die Gegend mit hübschen Orten und Boulogne sur Mer sehr genossen. Wenn das Wetter zwischendurch nicht so gut war, haben wir uns um so mehr über das geschmackvoll eingerichtete, gemütliche Apartment gefreut, in dem es an nichts gefehlt hat. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr herzlich und angenehm, er stand jederzeit bereit für Fragen oder Probleme. Merci beaucoup pour tout à Pascal et Franckie
