Welcome to this magnificent house, nestling in a green setting, which tastefully combines the old and the new.
This very spacious house is perfect for entertaining friends or family. There's room for everyone, with two living areas, a kitchen and two sleeping areas (one on the ground floor).
Just a stone's throw from the pretty chapel of Brendaouez, which regularly hosts artistic and cultural activities, and just 5 km from the great white sandy beach of Le Vougot, you'll be in the peace and quiet, while still having everything close at hand.
Do you love details and a job well done? Come along, it'll be a feast for the eyes!

LAYOUT:
You enter through a corridor that leads to the first night area, with two suites (double bedrooms with a shower room and a bathroom). You then arrive in a large living room, with a dining table that can seat up to 10 guests, and a comfortable sitting area.
The kitchen is well equipped, just like at home, for gourmet cooking. Tea or coffee? Two coffee makers await you: a filter coffee maker and a Nespresso. And don't forget the kettle and teapot.
Upstairs, you'll find an open-plan mezzanine area with table football and a relaxation area. Then the hallway leads to two bedrooms: one double and one with three single beds (which can be combined into a double on request). There is a bathroom on the first floor.
In the garage, sports enthusiasts will find a table tennis table.

GARDEN :
The house is accessed via a path leading to a large courtyard.
A pretty wooden terrace is located on the garden side, with its Zen layout, to accommodate your lunches, and moments of relaxation, in harmony with nature.
A jacuzzi area has been installed in front of the house (except in winter).

LOCATION :
The house is located in a charming green setting, in the countryside, a stone's throw from the chapel of Brendaouez.
The nearest beach is Plage du Vougot, in Plouguerneau. It is 5km away. It's a large, white sandy beach with a good reputation, and it's great fun to walk along. After 8pm, you can even go horse-riding!

Beforehand, we'll contact you to help you organise your holiday. We can advise you on all kinds of activities and places to go out (restaurants, cafés, etc.). Do you want to discover the local sights? Find unusual activities, taste seafood! Don't hesitate to ask us for advice!

NB: The SPA is only open from April to October. For your information, a cleaning fee is included in the rental price. This includes cleaning and disinfecting the house at the end of your stay. However, you will be asked to clean and disinfect the house daily, and to dispose of your rubbish. If this is not the case, we can offer you a full cleaning service at a cost of €30/hour. Please let us know in advance so that we can make arrangements to meet your needs.
