New modern villa with heated and covered swimming pool, built in 2019 with an area of 130 m² of comfort. Located in a quiet location 1.7 km from the sea.
It consists of 4 bedrooms including 2 bedrooms with private bathrooms and a large bathroom (bath, shower).
A very pleasant and bright living room.
The swimming pool is covered and secured (motorized telescopic shelter). It measures 4 meters wide by 10 meters long and heated to 29 ° (from the beginning of May to the end of September).
A large south-facing terrace equipped with all the equipment necessary for a pleasant stay.
The land is completely fenced.

Second stay at this villa,The property itself is absolutely fantastic, we love the layout of it and the pool.Beach is a few mins drive away.It’s a bit in the middle of nowhere which is exactly what I like.The 1500 cash deposit is high but I understand why this has to be, just factor that into your holiday spends.Only 30 mins from the Roscoff ferry to Plymouth.We’re booking to return again soon

Great pool and safe space

Loved the pool, nice spacious accommodation in a good location. It could be better equipped with towels (as photos suggest) hand soap and hair dryer. Unexpected request for large cash or cheque deposit on arrival. Disappointed to be made to cancel initial booking at owners request for hosts to increase the price significantly.

I was lead to believe the house was ON THE BEACH as states in description. This was not the case it was a short drive away which is what it should say when describing the property The house itself was beautiful and the lovely pool was fantastic for my family

Villa avec piscine réellement chauffée un plaisir pour les enfants avec un extérieur totalement clôturée et abris piscine pour la sécurité La maison est extrêmement bien équipée ( surtout la cuisine ) et très bien entretenue !!!!! L’hôte très accueillante et disponible . Nous étions 9 et nous avions vraiment chacun notre espace . Voiture en sécurité Avec portail électrique . Très chouette maison de vacances où l'on se sent bien

La maison est toute neuve et très belle, meublée et décorée avec goût. La terrasse est très agréable et la piscine est très chouette. Nounous sommes sentis vraiment chez nous. Le propriétaire, Arnaud, est très accueillant et sympathique. Il habite à côté mais est très discret. Si nécessaire, il est disponible.
