Seaside Vacation Villa private SPA area + indoor Pool + Jacuzzi + Shower

The modern holiday villa was built of wood in 2004, is wonderfully spacious and at 200 m² very large for Finistère. It has two sun terraces on the ground floor with 40m² and on the first floor with approx. 18m². The five bedrooms comfortably accommodate up to 10 holiday guests. The house is in close proximity (250m) to the bay of Kernic and the beautiful sandy beach of Porz Meur. A personal wellness and SPA area is available to you and your children - a large private indoor pool (min. 28°C) a beautiful 5-person jacuzzi - the wellness area has its own toilet and shower and is attached directly to the house. It is a permanent hall extension, both the hall and the pool are heated all year round. Brand new - a large 4-5 person jacuzzi was installed - a great addition to this beautiful house - this SPA area is also covered and heated all year round. You now have four bathrooms and shower facilities in the house! And the part of the garden in front of the swimming pool is completely closed that the four-legged friends cannot escape. NEW!! Since 2022 there has been a fourth shower in front of the POOL in the SPA area, and there is also an additional toilet.

We holidayed at this property as 10 people, we found this house to be have plenty of space, and well stocked with all the necessary Pots, pans, plates etc in the kitchen to allow you to cook for 10 people.The house was clean and tidy generally in good condition.The pool and hot tub are great features of this house and were used daily, especially by the children. Hans was helpful when we met him and returned his messages quickly whenever contacted.In terms of location you have a beach 200m away albeit you are better of going a little further 1km or so and you will find a large beach, with a volley ball court, play area and popular bar / restaurant.Local area tip:Be aware that if you want a reservation in many of the good local restaurants then book early and in some cases before you go on holiday to avoid disappointment.Overall we would definitely stay here and in this area of France again.

Family get together

We enjoyed our stay in this modernhouse with its well designed and amply supplied kitchen, eating and living areas. But there were some drawbacks. The four bedrooms on the first floor were lovely, the one on the ground floor rather gloomy and impractical. Storage space in the bedrooms was generally limited and lacked hanging space. We felt that one toilet on the first floor was hardly adequate for eight people and the lounge floor one was rather public and awkward for the ground floor bedroom inhabitants. None of them had wash hand basins, except the one in the spa area which had no lock. The main attraction was the pool and hot tub, enjoyed by everyone, particularly the children. Wonderful! The outside area was a little smaller than we’d expected, but the seating area was pleasant and the barbecue and play area welcome extras. The farmland location was quiet and totally untouristy; in many ways we appreciated this. It gave us a more ‘French’ experience to enjoy. However, we found finding a restaurant in Plouescat extremely challenging and.difficult, especially for ten people and resorted to travelling forty minutes to Morlaix or Landerneau to find anywhere.

Liebe Gäste - mir hat diese Bewertung nicht nur unglaublich getroffen und traurig gemacht sondern auch erstaunt. Das Haus ist super groß - hat 10 Schlafplätze dafür 3 !!! WC´s und 4 !!! Duschen - das ist doch ausreichend und grenzt meiner meinung an größeren Luxus. Wir haben als Kleider Schrank einen begehbaren Schrank der fü alle zugänglich ist von mehreren Quadratmetern größe. In der Beschreibung sind die Größen aller Zimmer genau angegeben alles ist genau beschrieben auch ob Handwaschbecken vorhanden sind oder nicht - es ist unfair finde ich die Anzeige nicht richtig zu lesen und dann ein so tolles Haus so schlecht zu bewerten - liebe Gäste lesen Sie doch die Beschreibungen dazu machen wie diese so genau und im Zweifel fragen Sie mich dafür bin ich da - ich finde man darf ein Haus nicht so schlecht bewerten obwohl es genau der Beschreibung entspricht. und nochmals an die Gäste Rosemary es tut uns sehr weh eine solche ungerechtfertigte Bewertung zu erhalten - schade. Also nächtes mal LESEN und sehr sehr gerne uns fragen, dafür sind wir da - Gott sei Dank kann man durch die anderen Bewertungen auch hier sehen das wir sont fast immer volle 5 Sterne bekommen.

Magnifique maison

La maison est magnifique, grande, lumineuse, très bien aménagée et décorée. Que dire de la piscine; un plaisir pour toute la famille de s'y baigner. C est d'autant plus agréable quand le soleil n est pas tous les jours au rendez-vous.Il y a aussi un jacuzzi spacieux. Je recommande vivement cette maison pour partager de bons moments en famille. Enfin mention speciale pour l'excellent accueil que nous a réservé Hans (le gérant) à l'arrivée comme au départ.

Magnifique villa à deux pas de la plage

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette villa. Accueil pro et très agréable, villa et jardin très propres, avec de nombreux équipements (le tout en parfait état). Tout ce qu'il faut également pour bébés et enfants en bas âge (jardin clos, accessoires bain et wc, chaise haute, jeux et jouets à disposition). L'espace piscine-jacuzzi intérieur est très agréable et sécurisé pour les enfants. Nous n'hésiterons pas à revenir !

Traumhaft

„Traumhaft“ beschreibt unseren Aufenthalt wirklich rundum. Für uns als Familie mit Hund können wir uns keinen schöneren Urlaub vorstellen. Das Haus ist mindestens so schön wie auf den Bildern und an Sauberkeit nicht zu übertreffen. Der kindersichere Indoorpool war für unsere Tochter natürlich das Highlight und egal bei welchem Wetter immer nutzbar. Der Whirlpool läd zum entspannen ein und man gewöhnt sich schnell an solch einen Luxus, dass wir ihn Zuhause nun auch schon vermissen. Auch die Lage hätte wohl besser nicht sein können, die Nähe zum Strand haben wir täglich genutzt und auch die umliegenden Strände sind mit einem Auto gut zu erreichen und jeder einzelne auf seine Weise wunderschön und einzigartig. Herr Weber, der Verwalter des Objektes, ist äußerst hilfsbereit und hat enorm viele Tipps auf Lager, die man sich unbedingt anhören sollte. Wir Danken ihm und dem Hauseigentümer ganz herzlich für diese schöne Zeit und freuen uns auf ein Wiedersehen!

Parfait !

Nous avons passé une très belle semaine dans cette magnifique propriété en bord de mer (bien qu’un peu excentrée donc véhicule nécessaire). La villa ne manque de rien : décoration dépaysante, prestations de qualité, équipement bébé. Rien a été oublié et elle est adaptée à tout le monde. La piscine intérieure chauffée et le jacuzzi sont parfaitement bien entretenus et fort agréables. Quant à Hans le gérant, c’est un homme charmant qui ne sait pas quoi faire pour rendre votre séjour inoubliable. Nous le remercions infiniment. Idem pour le propriétaire qui met un point d’honneur à ce que tout se passe bien et qui n’a pas omis de nous offir quelques cadeaux locaux à notre arrivée 🙂 Un grand merci de nous 7 et à bientôt peut-être.

superbe maison, très bien équipée, spacieuse, lumineuse, au calme. l espace aquatique (piscine et spa) est juste formidable. Les chambres sont spacieuses et cosy, rien n'est laissé au hasard. L’accueil et les échanges avec Hans ont été très fluides, il a su nous donner de précieux conseils. La région est bien entendu magnifique, les innombrables balades à proximité raviront tous les publics. En synthèse, une location les yeux fermés !

Tolles Ferienhaus mit Pool

Gemeinsam mit einer anderen Familie haben wir hier eine tolle Zeit verbracht! Die 6 Kinder hatten mit Pool und Whirlpool ihren Spaß, aber auch der große Wohnbereich mit offener Küche, Theke etc. und die Terrasse war echt schön für's gesellige Beisammensein! Die Zimmer waren super sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet! Die Dachterrasse im 1. Stock eignet sich prima zum Lesen und Yoga machen! Zur Segelschule, wo die Kinder char à voile fahren konnten, ist man in ca. 5 Minuten gelaufen, hier verläuft auch ein Dünenwanderweg, der zum Joggen schön ist und an dem auch etwas weiter ein netter Badestrand mit einem genialen Strandrestaurant liegt. Der Kontakt mit Herrn Weber war sehr nett und er hat einen Nachschub an Badehandtüchern sofort organisiert! Einen kleinen Wunsch hätten wir: Beim nächsten Mal wäre ein 2. Wäscheständer praktisch, weil durch Pool und Strand doch immer sehr viel zum Trocknen und Aufhängen anfällt! Ansonsten wunschlos glücklich!

Herzlichen Dank für die schöne Bewertung - und es ist am schönsten für uns zu wissen dass es unseren Gästen bei uns gefallen hat - danke für die Idee des Wäscheständers - aber wir dachten man kommt mit dem vorhandenen Wäschetrockner fast weiter als mit einem Ständer - schnell reingelegt auf den Knopf gedrückt - alles trocken. Wir hatten 2 wunderschöne Wochen in einem sehr schönen Haus in einer faszinierenden Region. Der Kontakt mit dem Eigentümer war sehr freundlich. Der Service und die Betreuung durch Herrn Weber waren einzigartig. Nicht nur die Betreuung bzgl. des Hauses. Herr Weber hat es sich nicht nehmen lassen, jedes kleinere und auch größere Problem, das wir leider zum Schluss des Urlaubes mit unserem Auto hatten zu lösen. Wir wurden hervorragend betreut. Très agréable semaine en famille

Maison et cadre agréable, même le beau temps est apparu. Accueil chaleureux de mr. Weber et suite rapide à nos demandes. Il serait bon d expliquer comment le AC fonctionne, car certaines fenêtres ne peuvent être ouvertes la nuit. Et manque de placard dans les chambres. Sinon rien à redire.

Bonjour je suis désolé que vous manquez des placards mais la maison a un dressing fermer par une porte séparée il est très très grande de 5 m2 et donne beaucoup de place pour les vêtements de plusieurs personnes. Dans chaque chambre il y a des commodes. C'est la raison on a pas mis des placards en plus un grand Dressing est sûrement suffisant. Quand-même on est heureux que tout était plaisante dans notre jolie maison peut-être vous avez envie de revenir un jour vous êtes toujours bienvenus.

Traumhaus, perfekter Service!

Eine wunderschöne Woche konnten wir (Familie mit drei Kindern) zusammen mit unseren Freunden und ihren Kindern in diesem tollen Haus verbringen. Als zehn-köpfiges Team haben wir uns darin sehr, sehr wohl gefühlt und genügend Platz für alle gefunden. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Der große offene Wohn- und Essraum lädt dazu ein, die Zeit gemeinsam zu verbringen. Der Innenpool war herrlich und wurde von den Kindern gerne genutzt - und vor allem auch nach unserem traditionellen Neujahrsschwimmen im Atlantik konnten wir uns im Whirlpool wunderbar erholen und aufwärmen. Das Meer ist nur wenige Schritte vom Haus entfernt, so dass wir unsere täglichen Strandspaziergänge direkt vom Haus aus zu Fuß starten konnten. Herr Weber hat im Vorfeld alle relevanten Details mit uns geklärt und uns sehr, sehr freundlich im Haus empfangen. Er war immer ansprechbar und hat uns perfekt durch die Ferienwoche geführt und all unsere Wünsche erfüllt. Toll, wenn ein Urlaub so reibungslos und perfekt funktioniert und alle Erwartungen erfüllt!

très agréable villa tout confort à recommander

Nous avons partagé cette villa en famille à 9 adultes pendant les vacances de Noël 2018 et avons apprécié le vaste séjour, bien plus grand en réalité que sur les photos. La maison est confortable et bien équipée, ainsi que les chambres. Piscine vraiment chaude tout comme le spa. Belle région avec une belle promenade au bord de la plage à quelques centaines de mètres. Nous recommandons la crêperie "La Dentellière". Un merci tout particulier au propriétaire pour son bon accueil et son dévouement à notre service.

Superbe sejour à Plouescat

Superbe maison , lumineuse, propre , fonctionnelle. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par notre hôte. La maison correspond parfaitement aux photos et à la description . Prévoir une douche au niveau de la piscine / jacuzzi serait un plus .

Ein sehr eholsamer Aufenthalt!

Trotz eher durchwachsener Wetterlage haben wir sehr wenig unternommen und uns hauptsächlich im Radius unseres Hauses aufgehalten. Raus auf die Terasse, wenn die Sonne rauskommt und innen im Jacuzzi oder lesend im Poolbereich, wo es immer schön warm und hell ist. Die Nähe zur Küste und die Möglichkeit direkt ab Haus spazieren zu gehen ist wundervoll und ich habe es bedauert, dass wir noch keinen Hund dabei hatten. Wenn man sich mit den Töpfen angefreundet ist, dann ist die Küche optimal nutzbar, auch um für 8 Personen zu kochen und der Kaffe aus der Tab-Maschine hat uns auch geschmeckt. Auf Nachfrage wurde prompt eine uns fehlende Teekanne nachgeliefert, und dass es zwei große Kühlschränke sowie eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner gibt, fanden wir alle sehr praktisch. Wir haben uns auf alle Fälle wohl gefühlt und sind ein bißchen traurig, dass die Bretagne von uns einfach sehr weit weg ist.

Tolles modernes Haus in guter Lage zum Meer, voll ausgestattete Küche, Grill mit Kohle. Stadtkern in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Pool perfekt für Kinder. Sympathische Betreuung durch den Vermittler.

Its directly accessible and you don`t have to share it with others.
