My guests were extremely respectful and easy to communicate with. This lovely couple always communicated with exceptional courtesy, knowledge, and understanding. They stayed for a month, but I wished they would have stayed longer because of the peacefulness they projected as well as the carefulness and concern with which they treated the unit. I will always be thankful for their visit, and I strongly recommend them to any host that expects and wishes for reliable and trustworthy guests.

Dear guest, I just would like to clarify that the delineated assigned parking spaces in the condominium complex are standard size according to city regulations. Moreover, the condominium complex has plenty of available space where you could have parked your truck taking as much area as you wished. I wish you had voiced this concern to me as I suggested so I could point out this simple solution, but you did not respond to my message nor to the posted notices on the wall. I am glad you mentioned everything else was great.

The best guests in the world! My best guests would score100 stars. Mrs. and Mr. Trickler scored 500+++. They left my property super clean and in perfect condition! Their gentleness and clarity to communicate has impressed me forever. They demonstrated a keen sense of respect and consideration not only for me, but for my property also. I cannot phantom enough words to express my gratitude to Mrs. and Mrs. Trickler. I am excited and encouraged by their support, and I will always be in longing expectation for their return. Honorable couple indeed!

I deeply respect all my guests and I am so sorry I have to keep this story straight and honest. My guest has not explained very important details about his stay. First, on his first day I asked him if everything was OK with the unit, and he did not respond. The following day, 15 minutes before leaving the condominium, he informed me he had already rented another unit. He also wrote about some issues he had found. Yet, he did not give me an opportunity to correct any issues which were so extremely simple to correct. For instance, the deodorizing toilet pellets could have been easily disposed of. I also could have informed the staff to clean the swimming pool which had debris due to a strong windstorm during these off-season cold days. Our beloved four-legged friends belong to other guests, but their barking is non-threatening, brief, and playful. Moreover, since the swimming pool is fenced all around, our wagging-tail, four-legged friend posed no threat at all being outside the pool area and contained in his patio. Concerning the size of the unit, I informed my guest it was suitable for 4 people when he asked to bring 2 family members along. Additionally, by looking at the many photographs you can clearly see that the unit has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Therefore, the overall size of the condominium can be easily assessed. He also did not mention, he asked to stay for an extra day which I allow absolutely free of charge. Moreover, he very clearly stated that he would understand if I decided NOT to provide him with a refund. Even so, I immediately contacted Vrbo personnel and read his message to them. Vrbo staff clearly stated that his complaint and departure had no merit, and I did not have to refund his money. He had left without following proper procedure. Lastly, my dear guest is of the opinion that the condominium’s surrounding area is unappealing to him. Well, much more sophisticated and beautiful front beach views are available, but they will cost him 3-4 times as much. I apologize about his unrealistic expectations. For a clear and transparent verification of these facts, all these events and conversations have been properly documented.
