The cozy cottage has two piers and a wrap around composite deck on the back of the house. It also has a cozy covered porch right off of the kitchen. Boaters, golfers, families and friends can all enjoy the cozy cottage

Our group enjoyed the stay on Wilson Lake. The house had many large gathering places and the number of bedrooms we needed. The views were exceptional too! We did have several annoying mechanical issues and feel the outdoor spaces should have been better maintained. It was a great space but it felt “unloved”.

The lot is incredible; it has to be one of the best lots on Lake Wilson. The home is larger target than expected. there are more bedrooms than we needed. The house has three kitchen areas. The technology is the house is great. the TV's are modern and excellent. The only less than ideal areas are the bathrooms. The bathrooms are dated with older tub shower combinations with curtains. The one shower stall is small and also has curtains.Overall, I can say it's a good house for a stay and play golf week.Doug

Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing. The cleanliness of the property was a major concern. There was a significant amount of dust throughout the home, along with areas that appeared to have mold or mildew. Each morning, my guests and I woke up extremely stuffy, which made it difficult to feel comfortable in the property.The upstairs AC was another major issue. It was almost intolerable upstairs at times, making it very difficult to comfortably use or enjoy that part of the home.The dock was also broken and in poor condition, which was especially disappointing since access to and enjoyment of the outdoor and waterfront space was part of the reason we chose this property.For the amount paid to stay here, I expected the property to be much cleaner, comfortable, and properly maintained. Between the cleanliness concerns, inadequate upstairs AC, and broken dock, these issues significantly impacted our ability to relax and enjoy our weekend. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this property based on our experience.

Have stayed here 3 or 4 times for group trips - location is ideal. House is nice and well stocked. Starting to need a little maintenance like cleaning the gutters and roof, minor paint to touch up. The cat doors need to be patched up so rodents don’t get in the house.

Friend Weekend at the Lake

This is a perfect rental property if you’re getting a group of buddies together for a weekend. We had a blast! The house is right on the water. Great space in the house. Everything was fantastic.

Great house for golfing group

Very nice place plenty of room for large groups, our was 6 guys. Comfortable furniture, several gathering spaces with large outdoor deck with part of it covered. Beautiful view of the lake. Will definitely rent again for our golf outings to RTJ The Shoals ( only 5 minutes away).
