A new pier extends gracefully into the lake, inviting residents to embrace leisurely boat rides or tranquil fishing sessions. This home is located on the Tennessee River on Wilson Lake, at the tip of a very popular area known as Steenson Hollow.

Inside, the house boasts three spacious bedrooms and three well-appointed bathrooms, ensuring ample space for all. With five comfortable beds, the home easily accommodates up to ten individuals, making it perfect for gatherings of family and friends. Two bedrooms each containing two queen beds and a TV are upstairs, while the King bedroom with TV, Living Room, Kitchen, Office space, Dining and Laundry Room are downstairs on the main floor leading out to the lake.

The heart of the home is the Spacious Living area and stocked kitchen, equipped with modern amenities and everything needed to prepare delightful meals. Whether whipping up a lakeside picnic or a gourmet dinner, the kitchen caters to provide beautiful family meals.

We can not host any events. Please do inquire about renting for a wedding location, or party etc. We will not be able to make any exceptions no matter how small and private. We do not have parking for it, in addition to many other reasons.

You will need to bring your own drinking water as the house is not filtered.
