The apartment opens onto a beautiful covered loggia and a terraced, fenced, equipped garden, and offers views of Lake Garda, the surrounding vineyards, olive groves and the town of Riva del Garda. The furnishings are simple and include some antique furniture and a billiard table from the 19th century. The antique billiard table is only decorative and cannot be played. The owner lives in an independent house at the entrance to the property, while the 2nd building is occupied exclusively by apartment IVG401. Lake Garda (sailing school, windsurfing, tennis courts and public swimming pool) is only about 1 km away. The location of the apartment gives you the opportunity to explore the small, characteristic villages of Lake Garda both by car and by boat. Trento 35 km and Verona 95 km.
