Die Wohnung wird mit 3 Schlafzimmern angegeben, sie hat aber nur 2 Schlafzimmer. Das dritte "Schlafzimmer" ist 1 Raum, der als Wohnzimmer, Küche und Essplatz genutzt werden muss und in dem sich 1 Schlafsofa befindet. Insgesamt karge, lieblose Ausstattung, Küche ist nur mit dem nötigsten ausgestattet. Die eingestellten Fotos versprechen mehr als die Wohnung halten kann.

Die Wohnung ist sehr einfach und etwas lieblos eingerichtet. Am Waschbecken im Bad waren an der Armatur noch die Kalkflecken vom Vorgänger und Haare in der Dusche. Die Matratzen sind sehr hart. Die Klimaanlage hat viel Wasser gelassen…wir mussten Töpfe darunterstellen, damit es keine Überschwemmung gibt. Der Vermieter will hier einfach nur Geld verdienen und lässt alles ein bisschen verkommen. Die Lage ist gut. Ruhig und zentral. Alle elektrischen Geräte funktionieren.

Sehr zu empfehlen!

Wir waren nun 1 Woche in dieser Unterkunft mit unseren 15 und 6 jährigen Söhnen. Es hat von Anfang bis Ende wirklich alles gepasst! Die Unterkunft war tip top Sauber, wobei ich da besonders im Bad und der Küche drauf achte! Ich habe keine Probleme damit gehabt, auch in der Unterkunft zu kochen, da wirklich alles sauber war. Paolo der Vermieter ist auch ein super Typ, mit dem die Kommunikation super funktioniert hat! Die Lage ist auch optimal, man läuft ca 10 Minuten bis runter ans Wasser am Hafen. Wir würden diese Unterkunft definitiv wieder buchen und auch empfehlen an Freunde und Familie!
