Your vacation rental is organized on two levels. On the ground floor (3 steps): kitchen, living room, lounge, laundry room. Upstairs: a first bedroom (1 bed 160x200) with its private bathroom (shower and toilet), a second bedroom (2 beds 80x200 twinned into a bed 160x200) with its private bathroom including shower and toilet. Outside: On the front of the house a terrace of 25 m². On the back, a second terrace of 20 m² (being finished), a private garden of 700 m². Parking of your vehicles on the street (free) Guaranteed favorite for this cottage with panoramic view of the Jaudy estuary from all the rooms of the house! You will never tire of contemplating this magnificent view ... A unique site to relax, to sit down while watching the boats of the port of Tréguier ... a whole program! The location of the house is also ideal for hiking! Put on your sneakers and go on the GR34 a few meters away. Take the opportunity to discover the city of character of Tréguier, 2 km away. From the port to the old town, centuries of history are to be discovered with the half-timbered houses, the sumptuous cathedral, the attractive alleys and squares ... Other activities await you ... The first beach of the Ile à Poule will be 8.6 km away, the visit of Plougrescant and its site of the chasm 8 km away.
