Features the Napoleon Complex sleeping chamber with a king bed. Additional sleeping loft with a queen bed accessed by a library ladder. High ceilings, maple wood floors, deep tub bath w/stone floors, all French doors and windows, ample street parking, washer/dryer, large private landscaped patio with built in BBQ and a firepit. French doors lead to a separate art studio with a full bath. Bluetooth outdoor patio speakers. Tree lined street in lush, walkable neighborhood lots of restaurants and bars. 10 blocks from beach.
