Stylish and quietly located vacation house with a spectacular view

The estate is situated in the village of Monteiller, on the broad, sunny sloping shoulder of Saviese. Its location offers a spectacular view of the Rhone valley, of the two fortresses of Sion, the mountain slopes across the valley, and the Dent Blanche glacier. Throughout the year, this is an ideal spot for hiking, skiing, sunning or simply relaxing. The traditional Valais-style house has been carefully modernized and is tastefully and comfortably furnished.
Situated at the road of the village, there is no problem to reach the house in wintertime by car.

Comfortable, spacious accomodation at the foot of sunny rural walks.

Warm, well equipped and with it's own quirky style, this property puts you in a perfect place to explore the surrounding countryside on foot or by bike. In easy reach of interesting towns and winter ski resorts by car.

The Stunning View

The house has character and is well-equipped. We particularly loved the terrace out of the kitchen door that kept us out of the sun but did not spoil the amazing view.

Best place I could imagine

The house made us feel home right away. It has multiple places to sit, inside and outside. The bathroom is very large and kitchen with supplies is outstanding. The view is just perfect! The location is also really good. Just outside Sion, but perfectly situation to go to places. Def recommendation to stay here.

Wir haben uns in dem gemütlichen und geschmackvoll eingerichteten Walliserhaus mit seinen knarrenden Holzdielen und der heimeligen Atmosphäre vom ersten Moment an sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Lage ist perfekt, um die zauberhaften Täler rund um Sion zu erkunden oder um Ausflüge zum Matterhorn, zum Aletschgletscher oder zum Mont Blanc zu unternehmen. Man kann aber auch einfach die Ruhe und die phantastische Aussicht genießen. Ein wunderbarer Ort zum Entspannen!

Het huis is enigszins donker en de keuken heel klein. Wel een grote, moderne badkamer en een prachtig uitzicht op de bergen rondom, waar je van kunt genieten op één van beide balkons.

Wir hatten noch nie so ein gut ausgestattetes Haus, daß so sauber war!

Man hat eine super Blick auf den Gletscher und die umliegenden Berge und kann je nach Wetter vom Haus loslaufen. Die Sicht auf die große Sportanlage von Savise fanden wir super und toll was den Kindern und Jugendlichen geboten wird. Zum Glück hatten wir viel Glück mit dem Wetter und nur 1 Tag Regen. Danke, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in diesem Haus.

Eine Oase der Ruhe im Wallis

Wir haben im Juli und August 2021 drei sehr erholsame Wochen im Winzerhaus verbracht. Die Aussicht ins Tal und in die Schneeberge ist berauschend, in der Nähe gibt es genügend Suonen zum Wandern, und man ist schnell in Sitten, wenn man etwas braucht. Das Haus selbst ist mit allem nur Wünschbaren ausgestattet, das den Charme nicht beeinträchtigt, u. a. zwei Balkone und ein Sitzplatz. Insgesamt ist es ein Ort, den wir auf die Liste für ein Wiedersehen setzen. Wer Ruhe und Erholung sucht, wird sie in Monteiller finden.

Wohnen wie Zuhause

Das Haus empfängt die Mieter mit einer wohligen und freundlichen Atmosphäre. Wohnung und Garten lassen ein Gefühl von Zuhause aufkommen. Es fehlt an nichts. Die Auswahl der Möbel ist sehr geschmackvoll und widerspiegelt den guten Geschmack der Eigentümerin. Sitzmöglichkeiten und hübsche Kissen im Wohnraum, eine kleine Stereoanlage und eine schöne Musikauswahl, jede Menge guter Bücher.... ein gutes Zuhause für Gäste.

Ein Haus mit Seele

Wir haben 14 sehr entspannende Tage in diesem gepflegten, sehr individuell und geschmackvoll eingerichteten Ferienhaus verbracht, das alles bietet, was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht: Ruhe, ein gemütliches Ambiente, ausreichend Platz, eine gut ausgestattete Küche, vielfache Möglichkeiten, im Haus, auf den beiden Balkonen oder im Garten die Seele baumeln zu lassen, die Sonne und nicht zuletzt die atemberaubende Aussicht auf Sion und die umliegenden Drei- und Viertausender zu genießen. Nach kurzer Autofahrt findet man zahlreiche Wanderwege in allen Schwierigkeitsgraden, und das Städtchen Sion ist in jedem Fall einen Besuch wert.
