Step into this newly renovated, petite studio, completed in December 2022, situated in the vibrant Chamonix Sud district and just a few steps from all conveniences.

This space boasts a fresh and luminous interior, perfect for a couple or even accommodating up to three individuals. Enjoy the added convenience of access to the underground car park in Chamonix Sud—just let us know when you book.

Note: Its central location provides a scenic view overlooking the river L'Arve.

Please be aware that this is a non-smoking apartment, and, regrettably, we cannot host our furry friends.

A 300 euros damage deposit link will be sent to you via Swikly 14 days prior to arrival.

Great little studio apt in a fantastic location

I had a very pleasant stay here as a solo traveller. It's a well equipped small studio that was clean and in a good location. The staff managing the property were very helpful and always easy to contact when I had a query. Would stay here again.
