This beach cottage is located in the village of Old Silver Beach, a highly desirable location! Just a short walk to the private part of Old Silver Beach. 3 small bedrooms with living room, kitchen, bathroom, an outdoor shower (great for when you get back from the beach!) and grilling area. Old Silver Beach village is located next to the Sea Crest Beach Hotel. Great location, comfortable accommodations, privacy and most importantly walking access to the beach. September is usually the best month on the Cape. Downtown Falmouth and Mashpee Commons offer wonderful restaurants, shopping and activities. This is a great place and time to catch up on reading and relaxation! Book your week now!

Family vacation week

This cottage was in a great location, just a couple minute walk to the private beach at the end of the street. We could hear the fun music from the Sea Crest on Sat/Sunday which made for a fun, vacation vibe. The beach itself, in my opinion, is one of the most beautiful beaches in Falmouth. White sand, warm water, and the surf can be crazy and fun one day or totally calm the next. Kristin was very easy to reach and was available for questions/help if and when we needed it. We accidentally locked ourselves out one evening and her husband was available almost immediately to let us back in.

The long-time owners have passed on but the children are keeping this jewel of a property in the family for future generations to enjoy.

Why they chose this property

This property has been in the family since the land was purchased in 1958. We do not have the heart to part with this property which is located only steps from the private beach "Old Silver Beach". There is the public section, residents section, Sea Crest Beach Hotel section and the area that is deeded access. This exclusive access to the best beach with white powder sand and no seaweed makes this property the ideal location. This charming beach cottage has been updated so is bright, airy and comfortable with 3 small bedrooms (new mattresses), a renovated bathroom plus an outdoor shower, a must have for any beach house! There is an outdoor patio area with grill and picnic table. This area in North Falmouth is also very close to the bike path, downtown Falmouth, Mashpee Commons and loads of good restaurants, shopping and activities. Location matters and being able to wander the back roads of Falmouth in itself can be an adventure as you explore this beautiful historic area.

Location location location. Access to private beach on Buzzards Bay. Centrally located so accessible to downtown, nearby villages, shopping and loads of dining choices. Falmouth is a tourist destination with a world class road race every August. If you need to recharge your batteries, then this is the place to do it!
