Lovely 3 bedroom, 2 bath family home just steps to Great Bay beaches and boat ramp. Walking distance to Bristol and Falmouth Heights beaches. Easy walk or bike ride to shopping, Falmouth Center and Island Queen ferry. The backyard has a large patio and gas grill. Washer and dryer, fully equipped kitchen, basic cable and wireless internet. Two kayaks could be made available. Maximum of 6 people and no pets please. Full week rental only.

We had an amazing week at this house! Check in was easy and we had everything we needed for a great stay. The house was perfect for our family, with plenty of space and a great kitchen. The bedrooms are comfortable and spacious and there is a beautiful back yard that we used every day. Easy access to town a the beaches made it even better. Thanks for a great week!

Wonderful Visit

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Falmouth at Candice’s lovely home. It was extremely comfortable and equipped with everything we might need during our one week stay. I especially enjoyed breakfast outdoors in the backyard garden! Communication with Candice was very easy and she was always quick to respond to the few questions I had. Check-in/out was also easy. The location is handy to shopping and just a stone’s throw to a walking trail along one of Falmouth’s salt water ponds. I would recommend.

Perfect Cozy Getaway with Thoughtful Touches

Our stay at this accommodation was absolutely delightful! The place had a warm and cozy atmosphere, clearly a reflection of the fact that the owner actually lives here. The house was very clean, and all the necessary amenities were provided, with everything working as it should, making it feel like a true home away from home. We appreciated the little details, from the well-stocked tea and coffee supplies to the laundry detergent and the beach chairs and umbrellas. One of the highlights was making use of the kayaks that the owner kindly made available. The inner bay is just a few minutes' walk away, perfect for a peaceful swim or paddle. We had such a relaxing time and would happily recommend this charming place to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay!
