This is a bright, airy, and spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bath single family home located in sunny Cocoa Beach only a few blocks away from the beach. This is a beautiful home with updated countertops and appliances in the kitchen, modern decor, vinyl flooring throughout, washer & dryer in unit, a separate den area next to the kitchen, a private back yard area with a large pool, an outdoor shower, a walk-in shower in the master suite, and attached two car garage. Great location in the north end of Cape Canaveral near Port, area shopping & amenities, minutes to KSC, Melbourne, and Orlando areas.

Florida get-away

We really liked this house! It was perfect for our family with 3 teenagers. Spacious, clean, the backyard patio and pool were amazing!!! Location to beach, restaurants, grocery store, Ron Jons, etc…..it was all great! We took lots of walks around the peaceful neighborhood and it was safe for our girls to go running. We loved it!!! We had a plumbing problem but maintenance crew were awesome about coming to take care of it right away. We couldn’t have been happier and our girls are already asking to return to this property again!

Family vacation

The property was updated and very clean. Neighborhood was family friendly. Only issue we had, the TVs are cantankerous. We made the best of it - other then that have no complaints.
