Luna and Sol are one block from the beach and less than one mile from 6 pickleball courts. Both units are close to 2000 sq ft and have 3 bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths with each bedroom having its own private bathroom. The master suite in both units has a Kohler tub and walk in shower. All bedrooms have a balcony. The duplex is 1 block from the beach and footsteps away from Dunkin Donuts, Publix grocery and restaurants. The Pier is very close by and offers a bar, restaurants and shopping. Other features include granite countertops, 10 ft ceilings, 8 ft doors, lots of natural light, nicely finished floors and private garages.

Excellent place to enjoy the beach!

This place is really peaceful. Lots of space inside, really roomy and the rooms are laid out pretty cool, with each room having its own shower and restroom with and extra half bath downstairs. Great place to relax after the beach or long day out shopping.

Perfect Beach Stay

Property is new and well maintained. Check-in was easy and host was responsive when we asked for the AC not to be so cold at night. We enjoyed 2 rocket launches while here for a family wedding. Beaches were far less crowded than other areas of Florida in June. Only negative is that a step stool is needed to reach the controls on the dryer had I planned to do laundry.

Excellent family vacation property!

The rental unit was exactly as expected! The owner was wonderful to work with through the rental process and was responsive at check in. The earlier reviews on the house a/c temperature were somewhat unwarranted. We stayed over the 4th of July with heat advisories in place and the house temperature was extremely comfortable. The kitchen could use a few more pots and baking pans, but otherwise was well stocked. The house was clean and well maintained. The propane tank was low upon our arrival but it was changed and immediately replaced. The house location was convenient, the walk to the beach was easy and we appreciated the beach cart, chairs, and boogey boards that came with the unit. It was an easy walk to the Cocoa Beach Pier and restaurants and shops. Excellent job by the owner putting together a house that was comfortable for two families and a grandfather! We would love to come back and stay again!

Air conditioning issue

They unit was beautiful and new. 3private full bathrooms and private patios. We walked to the beach, it was very close. We understood the stipulation on the air conditioner. We paid the the additional amount to keep a/c at 75* during the day and 73* at night. We all woke up, including the baby around 3:00 every morning, sweating. Two nights before we were to depart my son in law got up and checked a/c. The host put it back up to 75*. He said we never discussed a time. There was only adequate, at best, cooking pans. No barbecue tools. 2 hand towels, 3 face clothes. As beautiful as the master was it was like waking up on the sun. The blinds don’t keep out heat or light. The fridge took 2 days to cool down and all the proteins we brought went bad. Ice maker couldn’t keep up. If the host had been a little more considerate, I would have given this place a 5 star. He had a box over a/c and clearly stated in contact that he was in charge. So, if you pay the additional Fee please make sure you discuss times. It was on 75* through the day and around 7 at night he switched it over. Then had it switched back to 75 in the early hours of the morning. If you don’t pay the money it will be in 78* day and night. We live in Florida. We know how to keep a place cool. Had plenty of beach toys, chairs etc. we brought our own, anyway, and a portable crib was provided for the baby.

Nice layout and location, but needs some upgrades.

Stayed here for a week with my family. The house is spacious and modern, but needs some upgrades. The furniture was stained, the vertical blinds in the main area were missing slats, and the bath towels were quite worn out. Overall the house was clean except one of the frying pans still had dried egg in it and there was a sandwich out on the patio table. The location is great and the owner was very responsive to my requests to lower the temp in the property because you cannot control the thermostat yourself.

2 family vacay

Each summer we meet with cousins (8 people total) for a beach vacation. This year at this property in Cocoa Beach was a hit! We weren’t on the beach, but even closer walk than we thought based on listing. It wasn’t a difficult walk at all with all of our chairs and gear. The house was stocked with all necessary kitchen essentials to cook with and all appliances were clean and worked well! We had groceries delivered through Instacart and had no issues with that either. Bedrooms and bathrooms were clean, stocked with linens and towels that were clean and comfortable. Showers were hot and had really nice water pressure even with more than one shower going at a time! Washer and dryer also worked very well. These are things that haven’t always been so nice in other VRBO’s we’ve stayed in. I would book this one again, NO HESITATION! Owner/manager was so nice and quick to respond, very easy to work with! Very comfortable with plenty of space for four adults and 4 kids!

Walking distance to beach

The house was very spacious and well kept. It’s within walking distance to the beach which was absolutely beautiful. There were lots of swim/surf shops and places to eat. If you get a chance, drive into the town of Cocoa and eat at Hogans Irish Pub. It’s excellent! Our biggest complaint was the temperature. The host strictly monitors the house temp and it was just too warm. It was very hard to sleep even with the ceiling fan on. We would take a shower and be instantly sweating as soon as we got out. There were also no wash clothes or hand towels. I had to call to ask for them.

Fun Spring Break Location

The property is in a great location and was perfect for our family vacation. It's within walking distance to the beach, many restaurants, putt-putt, grocery, etc. We never heard the tenants in the other side of the duplex and the street seemed quiet and low key. Greg was prompt and helpful throughout booking and the stay.

Perfect floor plan for a family

This was perfect for our family with 2 young children. There was plenty of room downstairs and a bathroom off each bedroom. It was a quick and easy walk to the beach. The host was very responsive all the time.

Nice/convenient place

Nice location - waking distance to good restaurants and the beach. Would definitely consider this place again. Only reason to not give five stars was because neighbors across street were loud on Friday and Saturday night waking everyone in the house.

5 guys show up with no vrbo experience. Couldn’t be better!!!! Our host arranges for an early checkin all on his own. The facility is easy to find, clean and has everything we need to get going, even coffee for the next morning.

Labor Day Cocoa

Great place. clean & comfortable. Everything was in good shape. Kitchen was well equipped. Owner had some nice beach stuff available for us to use. Publix and many restaurants, go-carts, arcade & mini golf all within 4 blocks. My only issue was that the thermostat was locked and we couldn't change the house temp. Not letting your guest set a temperature they would prefer was too much an issue for our group. It was really a nice place in a good location but, I probably won't stay here again because of the locked thermostat.

Great location and beautiful spacious home!

So close to everything! We walked to the beach, restaurants, shopping. We loved all the space inside and the having extra beach toys was a bonus. We also really enjoyed the upstairs balconies and sitting out in the evenings. Internet was a little challenging, but the owner was very helpful in trying to resolve the issues. Would absolutely stay here again!

Love Cocoa Beach and wanted my own slice of heaven. I love to walk to the beach with my wife and kids and just enjoy everything the area has to offer.

What makes this property unique

Cocoa Beach is so close to the cruises in Cape Canaveral and the theme parks in Orlando. But the theme parks can't offer you the beach and the relaxation...
