Welcome to this quietly situated holiday home in the middle of Rømø's natural heathland.



Your holiday home in Kongsmark offers simple but cosy furnishings and is ideal for a relaxing holiday in the countryside. The living room is decorated with wooden walls and offers a cosy atmosphere. Here you can relax on the comfortable sofas and armchairs or enjoy the view through the large windows. The dining area is directly integrated and equipped with a wood-burning stove. There is also a sauna in the annex, ideal for relaxing hours.



A special highlight is the large terrace with a view of the sheltered heathland. Here you can relax in the tranquillity of nature, enjoy your breakfast outdoors or round off the day with dinner.



Kongsmark is centrally located on the east coast of Rømø and is surrounded by pine forests. Numerous hiking trails invite you to explore the idyllic surroundings. The island has one of the best and widest beaches in Europe, where you can enjoy water sports or drive right up to the water's edge. A trip to Ribe, the oldest town in Denmark, with its impressive cathedral and charming alleyways, is also recommended.

Uns hat der Urlaub super gefallen. Die Wohnung war mehr wie ausreichend ausgestattet (uns fehlten nur ein paar Müslischüsseln), sauber, großzügig und gemütlich. Der Ausblick war herrlich und zum Ende kamen uns noch ein paar Kühe besuchen. Mit der Agentur und dem Großteil der Insel haben wir uns in deutsch verständigen können. Nur der Staubsauger lässt zu wünschen übrig. Da wir in der Nebensaison gefahren sind, war das Wetter zwar nicht ganz so gut aber alles in allem ein top Preis-Leistungs Verhältnis.

Sehr schlechter Pflegezustand

Das gesamte Objekt ist sanierungsbedürftig. Grenzwertig, so ein Haus zur Vermietung freizugeben. Verschimmelte Fugen in den Duschen, kaputte Handbrause, verrostete Herdplatten, defekte oder rostige Heizkörper, eingerissene Rollos, nicht schmiessende Terrassentür, zwei völlig verzogene Zimmertüren im Annex, nicht ohne Gewalt zu öffnen oder schliessen, eine halb aus der Wand hängende Elektrodose, fehlende Geruchsverschlüsse zur Abwasserleitung, insgesamt ein ungepflegter Zustand - Spinnenweben in den Ecken und unter den Betten Staub mit Hinterlassenschaften von Vormietern... Die Stockbetten sind nur für kleine Leichtgewichte zumutbar: dünne Matratze und kurzes Bett. Zwei Zimmer ohne Schrank.
