Want to bring your boat or rent a pontoon? Cookeville Boat Dock is 8.8 miles away! Also enjoy the floating restaurant The Light House with their home made pies.
Lake access is a 7 min walk from home where you can launch your boat at the “Put In” or your kayak, paddle board, fish or swim!
Love to hike? The Lake house is close to many State parks where you can enjoy the hiking trails to the falls such as: Burgess Falls, Cummings Falls, Rock Island, and Fall Creek Falls.
The spacious kitchen/dining has all the essentials needed for cooking. Including new appliances, dishwasher, outdoor dishes and coffee bar. The large living room has a comfy sectional perfect for curling up for an evening movie.

My husband, Lane, and I have been in the entertainment business for the last 20 years and we live in Franklin just outside Nashville. In 2020 we decided to pursue a search for a country getaway to relax & unwind. In discovering Center Hill Lake it became the perfect destination, we fell in love with the beauty of the lake & surrounding area and look forward to sharing our space with others. We both enjoy hosting and have been mindful in setting up the Lake House in hopes guests also feel they have a home at the lake to soak up some of the wonderful TN outdoors!
