About this space
The Country Cabin at Bear Bluff Retreat is located on a wooded 20 acres above and overlooking Wright's Bend on Center Hill Lake near Rock Island State Park. The surrounding area is considered the waterfall mecca of Tennessee with more caves, waterfalls and scenic overlooks per square mile than anywhere else in the United States.

This cabin features a country theme and provides a perfect place to relax on the porch and enjoy the beautiful surroundings.

Guest access: The entire cabin is yours to enjoy. You will also have access to our on-site laundry room and propane barbecue under the pergola by our meadow.
Other things to note:
Please drive slowly and carefully on our entry road, especially at night. It can be dark here and we like to keep it that way so that you can enjoy the night sky from your cabin porch.

My fiancé and I came here to celebrate our 6yrs together! We had an amazing time the property was perfect with a gorgeous view. I highly recommend going to rock island state park it’s beautiful!

My stay here was amazing. The cabin was beautiful, clean, and came stocked with coffee, spices, and a smores station (this was a pleasant surprise). Check in and out was super easy and the view was perfect. I plan to stay again if I have another trip that way in the future.

Loved the view from this cabin! The hosts thought of everything. Loved they supplied good shampoo and Conditioner. The stores basket was so cute! Very sweet hosts and very accommodating. The air conditioner wasn't keeping up due to the heat wave and Curt brought over a window unit that worked perfect! Very appreciative of the fast response. Had binoculars to bird watch and the cabin was set up nicely. Have free laundry on site with detergent applied but we did not use them. There is a hiking trail on site, but we didn't get to try that due to being gone to Rock Island hiking. Definitely would stay again. Loved the detailed info in the Binder full of info. Also has a grill with propane free to use and wood for the fire pit were supplied. Would be perfect for the fall and cooler months! Hosts do live on site which we didn't realize but it was not an issue. Very nice and accommodating! We enjoyed our stay.

Great vacation spot

Wonderful property with a great overlook of the lake. Cabin was outstanding! Not too far from surrounding parks with beautiful waterfalls. Definitely will be coming back!

What a view!!!! The whole place was very well done...but the deck was our main hangout. Great for having a glass of wine and taking in the view and sunshine . Perfect way to kick back and relax. The cabin has just about everything you need PLUS... we didn't get a chance to roast marshmallows (provided) so will put it on the list for next time. Perfect couples getaway. We only live an hour and 15 minutes away but needed the break. Close to so many waterfalls, a must do if you stay. This place checked all the boxes.

The cabin was very clean! It had some essentials that we had actually forgotten to pack so that was nice. The location was perfect! Beautiful scenery and very peaceful! We cannot wait to come back! It was also convenient to get to places as well!
