Simple, budget friendly, and updated! The 3rd floor condo is located in the 2nd building at Maui Vista. Enjoy relaxing in the spacious unit after a day of exploring the island of Maui or hanging out in the sunshine and ocean waves. The 2321 condo has a fully stocked kitchen, naturally lit living room with a couch that pulls out into a sofa sleeper, walk-in shower, comfortable queen size bed, and private lanai to enjoy early morning coffee or sunset Mai Tais. Just a short walk and you're at Charlie Young Beach, great for snorkeling, swimming, and boogie boarding. A few more blocks and you'll find numerous shops and restaurants to enjoy, or stay home and use the resort pool!

2321 Kihei stay

Pros: -5 minute walk to the beach -Easy keyless entry access -Bbq grill Cons: -Only 2 rolls of 1 ply toilet paper provided (even airport had 2 ply and was softer!) -Extremely loud toilet after flushing and water tank refilling -If the BBQ tank is low/empty renter has to pay for refill, not condo assoc

Appliance issues

We booked this accommodation for nearly 3 weeks. On the fourth day there, I discovered that the washing machine was not working. I immediately emailed that day about it. The communication was lacking and I had to call multiple times for an update on what was happening. It wasn't until four days after I first called that a repairman came out to assess it. I was told that the washing machine was going to be replaced. It was not resolved during our stay and we were without a working washing machine at the condo for the entire duration of our stay (nearly 3 weeks). It was inconvenient to not be able to do laundry there. I rent a condo for amenities such as this when planning a long stay. I understand that these things happen, however it was the lack of communication and checking in about the situation that was frustrating and the effort to resolve the issue in a timely manner. I had to call multiple times for updates, no one reached out to me with updates. It was 2 weeks from when I notified about the washing machine to when I checked out and it was not replaced in that time. Apart from this, I did find the condo to be clean. The bed and bedding was comfortable and the bathroom towels nice. The kitchen could use some a couple items. There was only one dishcloth and one dish towel. I bought a second kitchen towel and oven mitt (there was none) and left them there. The two cutting boards were wooden and not in nice shape. This is a more minimalist condo, which is something that I don't mind, however a couple more kitchen items and attention to some detail would improve it along with better communication when reaching out about issues.
