***New Updates and Upgrades - We just completed updating our condo! We've listened to our previous guests and took many of their suggestions and did a large update of our condo. Here are some of the updates:

New kitchen with new cabinets, counters, appliances, lighting and more.
Bedroom - New bed, ceiling fan, furniture, air conditioning, TV and new door
Bathroom - New vanity with new counter, sink, lighting, fixtures and new door.
Living Area - New furniture, dining room set, TV, lighting, ceiling fan
Fresh new paint throughout the condo along with new art work, fixtures and more!

Welcome to our pristine and inviting ground floor condo! Our fully equipped kitchen with a microwave, coffee maker, blender, toaster, tea kettle, rice cooker and all cookware, glassware and utensils offers the convenience to prepare full meals and store leftovers from neighboring restaurants.

Comfortable furnishings include a new Queen size living room sofa sleeper, ceiling fans, cool tile floors, bedroom air conditioning and fresh clean linens and towels.

To help you pack less and make your beach excursions more enjoyable, we have a complete set of beach gear available for your use. Beach chairs, coolers, beach umbrella, beach mats, sand toys, beach towels, a beach bag, and body boards are ready for you to take to the beach.

Our great property management team/ on island host, Sunny Maui Vacations, will do all they can to ensure you have a great Maui trip! They are available 24 hrs/ 7 days a week if you have any questions or concerns while you're on the island and they offer concierge services to help you book your all of your Maui adventures, reserve tee times, book your luau and more!

The Kihei Kai Nani is nestled across the street from Kamaole II Beach, which is a long stretch of beach with soft sand, a gentle slope into the water and excellent snorkeling and swimming. Come sundown, Kamaole II Beach is a picturesque spot to view breathtaking sunsets. Surrounding the Kihei Kai Nani are several restaurants, cafes and shops all within walking distance.

Our host was excellent! We were able to use the place on our final day as our flight didn’t leave until 11:30 pm. He was very accommodating. Location is excellent as it’s a 3 minute walk to Kam II.

Great 1 BR condo with plenty of amenities. The location could not be better!! Centrally located to a majority of activities. You are DIRECTLY across from the beach in a pedestrian friendly area. Tons of local shopping & restaurants if you don't rent a car! The condo has great beach amenities the chairs are awesome!! We saw great sunsets & whales right at the beach! Has a nice pool with plenty of chairs, although we did not go there a lot. The bed was comfortable, plenty of towels, blankets, pillows, beach towels etc. we did not use the stove/oven, everything else was in working order. Hosts were excellent, easy check-in & info!!

Great beach apartment

The place felt secure, the kitchen had the essentials, the home was great for a work vacation. The location was right next to the beach and a short walk to some restaurants. Great price for what you get.

The best thing about this property is the location, it is within a good proximity of most things you'd want to see in and near Kihei.

What dishes we had were nice but it would have been nice to have more than 3 dinner plates. The floor could have been scrubbed. The biggest disappointment was having cockroaches in the condo. I understand Hawaii has pests however they were very well established and when we asked for help. Sunny vacations gave us one bait trap. We pray we don’t bring them home with us. It was very uncomfortable looking for bugs for all the time. The two we killed last were huge!

This property was amazing and so close to the beach. It was awesome to have the convenience of the beach chairs, umbrella, and coolers! Communication with the host was very straight-forward and they were so helpful!

Excellent location. The facility seems a bit older but is very well maintained. Staff was friendly and informative. Location is the selling point for this property as it’s across the street from a beautiful beach. Killer sunsets. Many restaurants and shops in walking distance. The unit was clean and well appointed. Took a moment to sort out all the fans, lights and AC units BUT everything worked. Very nice TVs too.

The condo we stayed at met all expectations. The owners have upgraded the home so it was great. The location is central and close to all amenities and beach. I would recommend staying at this condo any time as it has everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable including all beach items and kitchen items.

We got married in Maui in 2007 and have been back every year since, except 2009 when our daughter was born. Our love and admiration for Maui influenced us to purchase our Kihei Kai Nani condo and we couldn't be happier. We've always enjoyed sharing our Maui photos and videos and telling stories of our Maui adventures. We now look forward to sharing our home and helping our guests capture the same love of Maui and understanding that Maui No Ka Oi...'Maui is the Best!'

Why they chose this property

Previously, each time we visited Maui, we stayed in Kaanapali. However, with its abundance of great beaches, we always spent most of our time in South Maui. One of our favorite locations is South Kihei along the stretch of Kama'ole Beaches. Great beaches, a wide selection of restaurants and shops all within walking distance make this the ideal location.
