***New Updates and Upgrades - We just completed updating our condo! We've listened to our previous guests and took many of their suggestions and did a large update of our condo. Here are some of the updates:

New kitchen with new cabinets, counters, appliances, lighting and more.
Bedroom - New bed, ceiling fan, furniture, air conditioning, TV and new door
Bathroom - New vanity with new counter, sink, lighting, fixtures and new door.
Living Area - New furniture, dining room set, TV, lighting, ceiling fan
Fresh new paint throughout the condo along with new art work, fixtures and more!

Welcome to our pristine and inviting ground floor condo! Our fully equipped kitchen with a microwave, coffee maker, blender, toaster, tea kettle, rice cooker and all cookware, glassware and utensils offers the convenience to prepare full meals and store leftovers from neighboring restaurants.

Comfortable furnishings include a new Queen size living room sofa sleeper, ceiling fans, cool tile floors, bedroom air conditioning and fresh clean linens and towels.

To help you pack less and make your beach excursions more enjoyable, we have a complete set of beach gear available for your use. Beach chairs, coolers, beach umbrella, beach mats, sand toys, beach towels, a beach bag, and body boards are ready for you to take to the beach.

Our great property management team/ on island host, Sunny Maui Vacations, will do all they can to ensure you have a great Maui trip! They are available 24 hrs/ 7 days a week if you have any questions or concerns while you're on the island and they offer concierge services to help you book your all of your Maui adventures, reserve tee times, book your luau and more!

The Kihei Kai Nani is nestled across the street from Kamaole II Beach, which is a long stretch of beach with soft sand, a gentle slope into the water and excellent snorkeling and swimming. Come sundown, Kamaole II Beach is a picturesque spot to view breathtaking sunsets. Surrounding the Kihei Kai Nani are several restaurants, cafes and shops all within walking distance.

Excellent location.

Excellent location. The facility seems a bit older but is very well maintained. Staff was friendly and informative. Location is the selling point for this property as it’s across the street from a beautiful beach. Killer sunsets. Many restaurants and shops in walking distance. The unit was clean and well appointed. Took a moment to sort out all the fans, lights and AC units BUT everything worked. Very nice TVs too.

This was such an easy stay! The management company went above and beyond to make every part of our stay perfect! This is THE location to stay in Maui! You are literally across the street from the best beach.

Excelent central location. Seamless stay

Checkin check out processes were seamless. Excellent communication from host. Unit was professionally cleaned and had all the amenities for stay including kitchen ware and beach supplies. The place right across the street from beautiful kamaole beach as advertised. One suggestion for the host would be to make some closet space for people to unpack our stuff during the stay.

Kihei on a budget?!

Jeremy and Sunny Maui Vacations were fabulous! Any questions or concerns I had were promptly and efficiently addressed. Kihei Kai Nani is centrally located and directly across from a gorgeous beach. It is within walking distance of many amenities (including moose's, fred's, 808 deli, and many other restaurants and retailers). The complex itself was lovely with great staff and a beautiful pool.

Great location and a must rent!

I cannot recommend this property enough. It was perfect for our trip and what we needed. Great price, space, location, etc. We rented a car to do some things on the island but didn't need it when at the condo. So many options within a short walk. Condo was furnished wonderfully and we had everything we needed there. Property management is also excellent and we got daily recommendations for places to eat, things to do, etc. Super responsive with any questions. HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend this property for your vacation needs!!!

Easy access, good parking, close to the beach, lots of coolers and beach stuff. Unit has good AC, fridge and stove. Bed comfortable. Back up alarms and truck sounds every morning at 5AM, due to recycling and garbage pickup on neighbor lot.

After the pandemic and under use the management team did not “touch up” clean before our arrival. They quickly resolved the issue and our stay worked out great.

Good location, lacking supplies and cleanliness

The property location is great, right across the street from the beach and the pool is nice. The unit was not very clean upon arrival and the kitchen was poorly equipped. This place would not be good for people wanting to make many of their own meals.

Great location, perfect place for couple! Walk to best breakfast, tacos and beach! Had beautiful sunsets across the street every single night Condo furnished with everything you would need for your stay including pineapple slicer! Will be back! Only slight negative was our back porch was somewhat near the smoker’s area but we hardly ever smelled smoke or saw folks smoking so mostly not even a problem. Just not for someone with a sensitivity or severe asthma.

Came with beach umbrella, beach towels, tupperware, and coolers which was super handy. Full kitchen. Only supplied smallest amount of shampoo and conditioner. Dinner table was sticky to the touch on the first day. The shower mat and carpet were grungy as well. The tiles for was dirty to begin with as well.

Excellent Stay

This was so nice. Fully equipped even had laundry soap, coffee filters, etc, etc. The few things it didn't have we bought and left there, which is what it seemed like other renters had done. The living room TV is small for viewing from the couch across the room, but as advertised it had lot of channels, PLUS Netflix, a Blu-ray DVD player, etc. My only issue is that it is close to the loading area for 3 restaurants. Since I'm up at 5 am everyday (partly due to the time change) I’m in the living room with the door open for the cool morning air when the trash trucks and delivery trucks start arriving about 5:30. My wife was asleep in the bedroom didn't hear any of them. Since no one else has mentioned this, apparently most people who aren't 1) already awake, 2) in the living room, 3) with the door open - don't notice it. Really nice ground floor unit with all the amenities you want, close to lots of stores and restaurants and beaches. Also great to have ice chests, beach chairs, etc. A great place to stay, and the owner is very responsive.

Great beach apartment

The place felt secure, the kitchen had the essentials, the home was great for a work vacation. The location was right next to the beach and a short walk to some restaurants. Great price for what you get.

Great access and very clean.

I'm not going to repeat what everyone else is saying but I will agree - it's a great place. Comfortable and clean. Well equipped. Right across from Kam 2 beach. We have stayed at this complex to three times now in three different units and this one is the best so far. It's perfect for those who like to cook and want to have immediate access to the beach. It's a 20 minute walk to the restaurant corridor but there are food options right out the door. Also a nice grocery store and ABC down a few blocks.

Our love and admiration for Maui influenced us to purchase our Kihei Kai Nani condo and we couldn't be happier. We've always enjoyed sharing our Maui photos and videos and telling stories of our Maui adventures. We now look forward to sharing our home and helping our guests capture the same love of Maui and understanding that Maui No Ka Oi...'Maui is the Best!'

Why they chose this property

Previously, each time we visited Maui, we stayed in Kaanapali. However, with its abundance of great beaches, we always spent most of our time in South Maui. One of our favorite locations is South Kihei along the stretch of Kama'ole Beaches. Great beaches, a wide selection of restaurants and shops all within walking distance make this the ideal location.
