South Bradley Beach cottage with pool and hot tub located 4 blocks to the beaches of Bradley Beach and Avon-By-The-Sea.

House is fully central air-conditioned, bedrooms both have ceiling fans. 2 bedrooms (1 Queen bed, 1 Full bed), 2 full bathrooms (both with shower, no tub), living room, dining room, TV den, and washer/dryer round out this fully equipped beach house.

Bradley Beach train station, Jersey Shore fitness gym, bars and restaurants just a short walk to main street. All the entertainment of Asbury Park is a quick Uber, long walk or short bike ride away. Driveway easily fits 2, potentially 3 cars; however, given the proximity to the train and general availability of Uber, cars are not needed to get to the house or enjoy the local amenities. (Note: there is a convenience store within walking distance, but a full size grocery store would be a 5 minute drive)

In the yard, there is a grill, pool and hot tub. The pool, sized at about 10x20, is not heated; however, a solar cover keeps the temperature moderate. The Jacuzzi brand hot tub is 8x8.

Please Note: This house is in an extremely quiet neighborhood in close proximity to neighbors and is not conducive to any sort of groups or parties. The home is unable to accommodate pets and unable to accommodate more than four guests.

Jordan and David were excellent hosts! We liked being able to come back from the beach and enjoy the pool or the hot tub in the cozy and mostly private backyard retreat. It was also nice to be within walking distance of a couple of bars and restaurants. Check in was seamless-they have anticipated all that’s needed to enjoy a wonderful week in Bradley Beach.

Great rental in Bradley Beach

The house is very nice and recently renovated. The pool and hot tub are great. Definitely the highlight of the property! With lots of seating by the pool, large picnic table and BBQ, was perfect for entertaining friends that came over for the day. The master bedroom is large with a queen bed. The second bedroom is small with a day bed - not big enough for our two teen boys. The older one slept on the couch in the basement which was fine with him! Lots of beach and bath towels provided by the hosts is a plus. A short walk to the beach and to the commercial district. Great property for a small family who like to entertain.

Summer Beach Rental

Jordon is an AMAZING host. When we entered the house he had cookies waiting for us and the lighting made it seem like we were.... coming home! The house is cute and comfortable for a small family (2 bedrooms only). The location to the beach is good and the neighborhood is beautiful. The best feature of this property is the fenced in backyard with hot tub and pool. This is a great feature to have as an alternative to going to the beach and paying $12 per person per day ! The pool furniture is absolutely beautiful, great for cook-outs and hanging out with family and friends pool-side. I highly recommend this property and hope to visit it again.

Born on the Jersey Shore, I moved back to New Jersey after several years as a New York City resident. Although I initially purchased my home as a weekend place, the convenience, amenities and entertainment available have made me primarily live in New Jersey.

Why they chose this property

This home has a great location on the south side of Bradley Beach, walkable to the beach, but also has a private backyard pool and hot tub. It's extremely easy to jump on the NJ Transit or PATH train at Hoboken, Jersey City or New York City, get off at Bradley Beach train station and an 8 minute walk to the the house (Uber is also generally available if you have bags, etc.). The house is in close proximity to all the Jersey Shore has to offer: beaches (less than 10 min walk), breakfast places, restaurants, bars (all around the corner). Asbury Park is also easily accessible, but this quiet neighborhood allows anyone to escape to their own private New Jersey oasis.
