Cocoonr/Book&Pay Agency offers you this charming 70 m² apartment for rent in Le Lavandou, 650 meters from the beach, which can accommodate up to 4 people. The flat is south-facing and has lovely views from all rooms. It is located on the 2nd floor (no lift).. The living room and bedrooms are air-conditioned.
The apartment is composed as follows :
- A beautiful, very bright 27 m² living room with TV, sofa and...
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, Nespresso coffee machine, etc.
- Bedroom 1 and 2 : queen-size bed (160×200), air-conditioned (since December 2024)
- Bathroom with shower
- A laundry room
- Separate WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment : washing machine, cot, fan, ironing board and iron.
Exterior :
- A balcony with an awning to make the most of the fine weather
Parking available in the residence's parking lot 50 m away, with automatic gate: approximately 20 steps to climb from the parking lot.
The apartment is ideally located, just 300 m from Vieux Lavandou town center. All essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars and markets are nearby. You'll also find a supermarket 400 m away.
Activities :
- Water sports (12 beaches + marina with all types of equipment for hire)
- Access to the Maures massif for numerous hikes 1 km away
- Coastal paths accessible from the town center.
Transportation :
- Nearest train station : Hyères train station, 21.9 km away (about 26 minutes by car).
- Nearest airport : Toulon-Hyères airport 22.5 km (approx. 26 minutes by car)
