Cozy Cottage

A 3 bedroom 1 bath cottage close to beach. Just a block and a half away, is OOB's seven mile beach on the Maine coast. This cottage has 3 bedrooms, two are located on the main floor and the third is a loft upstairs. There is a full bath(shower only) on the main floor. Full kitchen with small kitchen table. Living area with comfy couches and TV. The porch offers great space for hanging out after a long day on the beach. Small back yard for cookouts.

Great Location

We really enjoyed our stay. The property was comfortable, close to the beach and had lots of extras available for use. Martha was easy to work with and helpful. We hope to stay again!

Relaxing getaway

The cottage was perfect. My family enjoyed the front porch! Coffee, reading, playing games and more. It was a cozy gathering spot. The cottage was clean, and well maintained. The rooms were cozy, and my kiddos loved the bunk beds! Being so close to the beach was icing on the cake!! Thank you, Martha, for being a great host!
