(We know all of our neighbors, and they are wonderful) The location is just on the ocean side of the train tracks (in case you know the area and don't want to be on the other side of the tracks).

-We are located about halfway from OOB Pier and Ocean Park in lovely Old Orchard Beach.

-Amtrak train depot is walkable if arriving by train. The train goes directly through the town of OOB and alerts each intersection that it is coming, so if you are very sensitive to train noise, you may want to rent in Saco or in Ocean Park (although the train can be heard there as well, but to a lesser degree).
