Open floor plan main floor includes powder room, living room, family room, dining room and fully renovated chef's kitchen with top grade appliances. 4 bedrooms and 2 baths upstairs are set up for family living as well as working from home. Large master bathroom includes a claw foot tub and large walk-in closet.

Take in gorgeous sunsets from the beautiful wrap around porch or use the provided bikes to go to the beach or explore nearby Fort Clinch state park. Walk to the weekly farmers market or any of the cute restaurants in town. Outdoor shower and grill and fully fenced in yard makes for great indoor-outdoor living.

Love the historic district!

This is a beautiful and relaxing home in an excellent location. If you are looking to walk to all restaurants and enjoy the historic district you can’t do better than 301 Broome Street. My husband and I rented this house for the month of February. We truly enjoyed our stay at this location, and easy short trip to get to beaches and golf! The owners are easy to work with and are very responsive. We highly recommend 301 Broome Street. And plan to come back next year!

In the heart of downtown

An spacious older property with the latest of upgrades. Although we stayed as just a couple, we ended up enjoying the extra space immensely over a longer stay. Working with the owners was a true pleasure and we established a friendship as a result. The location gives you easy walking to downtown and a variety of great restaurants. But the location also gives you the true feeling of downtown in the historic district if you are ever looking to relocated to this wonderful island!
