Perched on the first floor of a historic Parisian building, the apartment spans 40 m2 and offers unparalleled tranquility thanks to its inner courtyard, all while being at the epicenter of Paris' most vibrant district. The living space comprises a cozy sitting area with a TV, a dining nook, and a modern, fully-equipped kitchen (featuring an oven, dishwasher, stovetop, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment). The spacious and refined bathroom boasts a rain-effect Italian shower and a toilet. Furthermore, an elegant bedroom beckons rest with its King size bed and ample storage space.
