Beautiful and modern luxury house on a dune plot. It is practically furnished, including a large entrance with plenty of space for jackets and shoes, three good bedrooms and a cozy living room, where there is also an alcove for a nap or extra extra bed. The high location and the window fronts in the living room offer a great panoramic view of the area and the dunes. Around the house is a large terrace where you can follow the sun throughout the day. Part of the south terrace is covered. In general, a cozy furnished quality house.
