gutes und ordentliches Ferienhaus

hallo, es war soweit alles in Ordnung. dennoch zwei Anmerkungen. die Sauna hat so Ihre Tücken und hat leider nicht einwandfrei funktioniert. Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur war tadellos und ein Mitarbeiter kam sehr zügig zur Kontrolle konnte aber nur bedingt helfen. sehr negativ ist uns die Kommunikation zur Verabschiedung des Kontroll/Reinigungsteams in Erinnerung. Kein guten Tag kein wie hat es Ihnen gefallen, es ist 5 nach 10:00 Uhr Sie müßten schon längst fort sein. dabei war das Haus längst beräumt und meine Frau hatte die letzten Ecken gesaugt und gereinigt, da wir mit dem Hund im Haus waren. Dann wurde Sie sehr uncharmant aufgefordert zu gehen. als wir nach gut 20 Minuten unser Auto abholten war niemand mehr am Objekt. Ansonsten hatten wir einen angenehmen Aufenthalt in DK, Danke sehr und gruß D Tybussek
