UV light cleaned air system, Smoke Free, Minutes to beach's the Naples Pier, walk or ride bikes to the Greenway, 5th ave and Old Naples for shopping and restaurants. Close to all the Naples activity you would want. Coffee, food, theater, grocery, airport, mall, beach, fishing, etc. Whether it is Old Florida or upscale Neophyte it is central to all. This is a larger shared house we live upstairs. The rental is the private lower Floor. The space is 1000 sq ft. Open concept fully equipped. The space is large and open and basically like a condo or villa or a studio. The space is modern light and bright with a coastal flare of style. It has Private entrances and is on a secluded 1.25 acre sanctuary.

Tropical and Comfortable

Property is clean, quit and beautifully landscaped. Lush tropical trees all around. The rooms are comfortable and the pool is perfect. And it’s centrally located, not far from attractions, downtown or the beach. Ken and Denise are attentive hosts. Mainstay is a small piece of paradise.

Perfect getaway for 2 couples

My wife and I, and our friends, spent a week at Denise and Ken's beautiful home. The accommodation is perfect for 4 people -- the pictures and description are accurate and true. Perfect location to everything that Naples has to offer, including restaurants, beaches, shopping and pickleball (5 to 15 minutes drive to most places we visited). We would definitely stay here again -- thanks, Denise and Ken!

Main Stay is a Gem!

We highly recommend this property! The place is lovely and has all that you need. The pool is fabulous! We has a fun filled week as well as it quite relaxing to sit by the pool! The property is close to the beach and restaurants. Ken and Denise are wonderful!

Charming Vacation Home Near Downtown Naples

This vacation home is the lower half of a home where the owners live. It is spotless and comfortable, located close to downtown Naples in a quiet neighborhood. The owners were available if needed, yet provided us with absolute privacy. Thank you, Ken and Denise for sharing your lovely home with us. We hope to stay at your home again sometime.

Great Stay in Naples

My husband and I enjoyed a wonderful stay at this lovely apartment. It was very spacious, and the host was very accommodating. Downtown and the beach were a short drive away, and it had a lovely yard and pool out back as well. We would definitely return.
