Beautiful and quietly located vacation home in the small village Kapelica, near Labin.
The vacation home with pool consists of two residential units on two floors. The bright and spacious rooms are tastefully and comfortably furnished.
In the large and well-kept garden, the swimming pool invites you to a refreshing cool down on hot summer days, or read a good vacation book in the shade of the trees and enjoy the fantastic view of the hilly landscape. On the spacious, fenced property there are also many facilities for playing and entertainment for all generations.
The historic old town of Labin, with numerous sights and art galleries, is definitely worth a visit. In just 15 minutes by car you can also reach the most beautiful beaches of the area in the well-known resort of Rabac.
Please note that: Bed linen and towels are included in the room rate in 2025. Consumption costs are included in the room rate. Up to one pet is allowed. Outdoor private pool on site is open May - end September.
