This is a two bedroom and two bath condo completely furnished for a pleasant and relaxing vacation getaway. The first fairway can be viewed from the second floor balcony. The country club is just next door for your golfing pleasure. There are many amenities to use and enjoy such as Margaritaville five minutes away, fitness center, boating, swimming, fishing, dining, yacht club, etc.

Great condo!

We stayed with our two girls for a dance competition in the area. Condo was great! Nice and clean with kitchen to cook meals. Had access to small condo pool as well as the yacht club pool and grill. Would stay again!! Friendly neighbors and nice area!

Easter - family overflow

I rented this unit to serve as an extra bedroom for visiting family. The unit is within a 5 min walk from our back door and is probably cleaner than my own home. It is a real value! And the owner is a prince to deal with. He communicated several times with all the info needed for easy access to the property. I will rent this unit again!

Very basic,

Luckily we only slept there. Called friend of owner multiple times. No information in condo , no ice(not hooked up),no hair dryer, no hot water 2nd day, no tv instructions, dvds but not even hooked up, no volume control………and more,.. wont rent again!!

Lovely

Location is very near my home. I use this as overflow space for fun weekends with more people than we have beds. First try was successful! Clean and comfortable! Ron is good to work with; very accommodating.

Convenient and comfortable

We were in town for a family event. Property was as listed. Comfortable and well stocked. You do have to drive to the pool but it’s only a mile or so.
