Amazing 4 King, 3 Bath, Pool, Tiki Bar Home Half Block to the Beach!

This 4 king bedroom,3 bath home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood and is a half block from all the restaurants and shops of Estero Blvd. It is one block to the pristine white sands of Fort Myers Beach. Five blocks away is Times Square with its quant shops and restaurants . Enjoy the heated pool and tiki bar in the back yard. The Bar has a 42 inch flat screen TV, ice maker, refrigerator and blender. BBQ some fresh seafood from our local markets on your gas grill. Upstairs is a spacious fully equipped kitchen, the dining area seats 8, a large living room with a queen size sofa bed, a king size murphy bed and a 50 inch flat screen TV, 2 bathrooms, 2 decks, a laundry, and 2 king bedrooms each with a TV . Downstairs is 2 king bedroom apartment. The living room has a queen sofa bed, a flat screen TV and sitting area. The whole house can sleep up to 14 people. The kitchen is fully equipped, seats 8 and 2 full baths. Also next to the pool is an outdoor shower for pool use or for the larger person in your group. Provided are many items such as pool toys, beach toys, beach towels, beach wagon and a rolling cooler. For the youngsters there is a highchair, porta crib, stroller games and toys. Heavenly Tropics is managed by our family in order to offer better rates and service to our guests.

Taller people should make sure they are on the top floor

Property was decent for the price. If you have taller individuals in your party (I am 6’5), you will need the upstairs. The lower level would not be a wise option. The shorter folks in our group were fine down there.

Had a great spring break week with our family of 5 and a family of 3. Location was perfect for beach, food, and getting off the island quickly. House had everything we needed, lots of towels, beach carts, chairs, and a well stocked kitchen x2. Would love to go back once the pool is done.

Great place!

We had a great time on our vacation…except hurricane Elsa interrupted our last 2 days!!! The beach was beautiful and just a few blocks away! If you enjoy walking, the hike to Times Square was well worth it! It was a nightly adventure for our family! The house was clean and the owners answered any questions in a reasonable time. All in all, I would recommend this property especially if you have 2 families traveling together!!!

Plenty of space for our group of 8. There were lots of beach things in the downstairs closet to keep us occupied at the beach. Lots of beach towels too.

We own Sunshine Cove and Sunshine Nook each side having one king bedroom with a lock out door between, pool and Tiki bar, Paradise Cove and Paradise Cove II each sleeping 10 and located side by side each with a pool and canal, Beach House 4 king, 2 bath, pool and Heavenly Tropics 4 king bed/ 3 bath, pool. During the summer we are in Minnesota to be close to our four children, their spouses, and our 10 grand kids.
. We travel back and forth to Fort Myers Beach, and we have friends in Fort Myers Beach who help us out during the summer. During the winter we are snowbirds and reside in Fort Myers Beach which we of course love! The kids do come and visit. We have retired from the family car lot and have let the kids take over. Our new passion is property management. We now have 9 properties on Fort Myers Beach so if you want other options or if this properties calendar is full, please contact us anyway. Thanks! Pictures do not do this property justice! You are close enough to walk everywhere and far enough away to sit on the patio, Tiki Bar or decks and feel as if you are on a private island. The best part is that you are only one block to the beach. You are only 1/2 a block to Estero Blvd's shopping and restaurants. Enjoy Heavenly Tropics!

Sitting under the Tiki Bar/ future pool area is magical! Heavenly Tropics will help you forget the blustery winter weather you left behind! Once you have relaxed, take a 5-minute walk to Times Square to visit our tropical themed shops. If you don't want to go that far, take the one-minute walk to the beach and enjoy the sun during the day and the breathtaking sunsets in the evening. You'll realize you won't need to spend a lot of money on restaurants with their many daily specials. Or stay at home and cook to your hearts delight in the fully equipped kitchen or have local fresh shrimp or steaks on the outdoor grille! The home allows for family or friends to rent in the same building. It is rented as one unit but has a separate up and down.
