The central location in the city allows for quick access to the Medical Center, Downtown, Galleria shopping area, Art, Museum and Theatre Districts including, ballet, opera, concert venues and a multitude of restaurants and nightlife.

Houston is a wonderfully diverse city with many sites and attractions and a short drive will take you the Johnson Space Center, Kemah Boardwalk and Galveston Beach.

The home has been newly furnished and is ideal for those looking for a long term stay for work or medical reasons.

Location is everything with this townhome. Walk to Memorial Park, or jump in the car and a multitude of restaurants, bars and shopping areas are all within a few minutes reach.

The Museum and Theatre Districts, sports venues are all 15 minutes away. Outlet shopping in Katy, for the high end fashionistas the Galleria is a few minutes drive.

Easy access to the major highway systems is key to getting to Downtown, the Medical Center and all the major attractions.

The property has been beautifully refurnished and is extremely well equipped for a short or long term stay.
