Lovely home in Zminj with kitchen

This beautiful semi-detached house is located in the small medieval town of Zminj in central Istria. It is furnished with beautiful and cozy furniture and allows for a pleasant stay. Located on the outskirts of the town and surrounded by a lot of nature, the house offers guests a nice ambience both inside and outside. You can enjoy the fenced property, the beautiful outdoor pool and the covered terrace with garden furniture. On the first floor there is the living area, kitchen, dining room and a bathroom, while on the 1st floor there are three bedrooms, a bathroom and the toilet. If you are vacationing here at the end of August, you should visit the local festival Bartulja. We also recommend you to visit the local konobas, which offer local food and wine at very reasonable prices. The coastal towns of Rovinj, Porec, Pula or the medieval towns of Motovun and Groznjan are definitely worth a visit.

Unser Aufenthalt in diesem Ferienhaus war durchweg positiv! Die Lage ist ideal mit vielen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe, was den täglichen Bedarf problemlos abdeckte. Die Eigentümer waren ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit, und die Kommunikation auf Englisch funktionierte einwandfrei. Als wir ein kleines Problem mit einer kaputten Liege hatten, wurde es sofort gelöst – der Service war hervorragend. Auch für unser Elektroauto gab es in der Nähe ausreichend Lademöglichkeiten. Besonders schön war die Terrasse, auf der wir die Abende entspannt ausklingen lassen konnten. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder!
