No matter, this 19th century design farmhouse, built in 2007, is a two-story house (1850 square feet) with sunny, roomy rooms. Easily located at nearly the outskirts of Falfurrias off of Lariette Drive which intersects with W. Travis Road.
Ideally situated in the heart of South Texas, Falfurrias is a great place for hunting in the fall/winter and gaming in the spring. Falfurrias is less than an hour from the Gulf of Mexico: 60-miles southwest of Corpus Christi and 20-miles from Rivera (home of the famous Kings Inn Restaurant on the bay). From Mexican border towns, Falfurrias is located 85-miles from Laredo, Nuevo Laredo, 70-miles from Reynosa and McAllen, 133-miles from Matamoros, Brownsville. Gaming is offered in Bruni, 44-miles from Falfurrias and Eagle Pass, Piedras Negras, 176-miles on the weekends.
