Small house in a private garden near Groupama Stadium and LDLC Arena
Owners of a big house in Decines Charpieu, 15' walk of Groupama Stadium and LDLC Arena and 15' drive from Lyon St Exupéry Airport and Euroexpo, we rent our annex (40m2) that is composed with one living room with equipped kitchen + 1 bedroom with bathroom + WC.
In the bedroom, you will find one big bed with a big closet and there is a couch and a high dining table in the living room.
We prefer to rent for only 2 people even if the couch is a convertible one.
The little house is located in our garden, walking distance from everything (bakery, pharmacy, supermarket...) and we can enjoy our shared pool during summer period.
We also offer a free parking spot in our property.
In the bedroom, you will find one big bed with a big closet and there is a couch and a high dining table in the living room.
We prefer to rent for only 2 people even if the couch is a convertible one.

Venus pour assister à un concert au groupama stadium. Logement bien équipé, très bien situé, accès à 10 minutes du tramway et à environ 20 minutes à pieds du stade.
